After having 3 leaks in the attic because my former a/c company didn’t clean the drain. I went with SWAT they tried but the pipes were so dirty I asked them to replace them. Problem solved. I have been very happy with their work!!

I called talked to Todd, He sent his tech out and he found out it was the exhaust vent that goes through the roof. They were very punctual and very courteous. I am going to use them for my semi-annual maintenance and future repairs. Very recommended.

I was in a hurry (no time to fix it myself). Compressor not rotating. They showed up quickly. Figured it out (competent). Got our AC running. We weren't even home. Trust. That's why I called them. Reasonable price. Next time, I will call again. There's always a next time when it comes to the AC.

This is the place if you are looking for a new A/C without all the sales BS. Todd set us up with a new Amana unit and had it installed for us quick. The install crew was polite, clean, and on time. We also had a service tech, Brandon, come out and do some repairs on our 2nd AC unit and he was awesome. They sell you what you need and fix only what’s broken. Will do business with these guys again for sure.

We were able to get a quick same-day appointment and Sam, our technician, was prompt, professional, nice, and explained things we needed and didn’t need. I was told by another company that we needed an expensive repair and SWAT came in and said everything looked good, no issues. Appreciated the honesty and we will definitely call them again.

Swat has done service for us since 2015 they always come ASAP. Today had vent fixed that was hanging and our yearly tune up they found a bad Capacitor that could go out any day so was glade they came and got it repaired before it was a problem.

I have been with SWAT for 3 years and I subscribe to their Maintenance plan. Todd is always helpful and will send someone out their the same day if its an emergency. The techs are polite and knowledgeable

I had two other companies that told me it would be $3200 to fix or $8,000 to replace. SWAT fix motor and fan for $706 and my a/c works great and it is 11 years old. It nice to find people who don't lie the other company told me it could not be fixed and needed replaced. I am beyond satisfied with their service. The service technician arrived on time and I received a phone call when he was on the way. Sam was very professional and understanding my issues with the heating system. He did a great job and now I have a warm house again.

I’m not here to leave a zero star just to hurt a business, because that’s not fair so I’m putting 5 stars. But I do think this company seriously needs to reconsider their pricing structure — they’re way overpriced.

I called today asking for help installing two thermostats I just bought on Amazon. I was willing to pay a little extra just to make life easier, but I was honestly shocked when I was quoted $125 per thermostat, totaling $250. Keep in mind, the two thermostats together only cost me $90 during Amazon Prime week.

I decided to just do it myself. I watched one quick TikTok video and had both installed in 30 minutes — and I have zero experience doing this. So if I could get it done that fast, I’m sure a professional would be even quicker. It’s a brand new home with a modern AC system, so it’s not like this was a complicated or old setup.

I was ready to spend maybe $150 max for both, but $250 for a half-hour job is just wild to me. I’m honestly glad I saved my money and handled it myself, but I really hope this company rethinks their pricing before they start losing potential customers over something this simple.
