I have been a customer of Mike since 2012. I was remodeling my home and wanted an HVAC capacity plan. The A/C repair company I was using, recommended Scogin-Aire as they did not have the means to create the plan. Mike let me know my system was more than adequate for my existing home. The problem was I did not have insulation over part of my ceiling. His team also installed a complete new system for me at that time for my addition. I have had his team to my house to fix capacitors and to replace A/C units at least three times. My home was built in 1998 and has 4 A/C units. Mike fixes only the parts that need to be fixed. I have never had a complete A/C replaced. This makes me a very happy customer. I just used Mike's team this week to replace one of my original heaters. I have recommended Scogin-Aire to friends multiple times. One other note. He appears to have great employee retention as I have had the same technician to my house the entire time I have been a customer.

Scogin Aire is simply the best...period. They have done a great job in the past and did so today involving a minor wiring issue. Michael and his team are very experienced and skilled technicians and know their business well, are very attentive and informative, and explain the issues and how to resolve them. Pricing is honest and fair - something you don't often get on residential services. Scogin is my HVAC company for life!!

I have nothing but praise for Scogin-Aire Mechanical. First-class technicians! Prompt & courteous service from the first moment of contact to thanking them upon completion of the job. Excellent troubleshooting by Oscar and great installation job by Juan & Victor. Outstanding communication from the dispatcher also. They are quick to respond and kept me informed throughout the process. The installation guys spread out tarps in the work area to minimize affecting the house and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves upon completion. It's so good to finally find a company with great technicians who truly care about their customers and represent their company well. The entire process was a team effort!!

Remember the good old days "when there was great customer service, and people cared about their job performance. A hand shake on their word was gold?" This is what you get with Scogin Aire. I called to have them look at the issues my AC was having. The owner "Michael" came out and went to great detail on the issues my 18 year old system was having. It was not cooling well and leaking freon along with a water drain line issue. He also showed me the electrical amp draws and how I can save money on my electric bill with a new energy efficient unit. I decided to go with a new energy efficient system that he recommended.
Before I was scared to go into my unsafe dark attic and thanks to Michael and his crew; Oscar, Juan, Adalfo and Diego. My attic now has lighting and sturdy decking for accessibility and storage. They even went to great lengths to recommend re-hanging my restricted duct work that was just laying on the attic floor.
They also noticed my clothes dryer vent that exhausted through my roof was loose and clogged. I had them clean and repaired it. You don't find companies any more that go out of their way to take care of their customers and clean up during and after work is completed. I highly recommend Scogin Aire if you are looking for 100% satisfaction guarantee on products and service.

Scogin-Aire deserved the high reviews on google. I have used them to replace 2 furnaces, relocate the AC unit and replace several ducts. The bid was competitive and the team was professional. They showed at the expected times and completed the work on time. While working on the AC units in the attic, they have also decked my attic, installed light, install switches for the AC Units and relocated my return air vents. I am very happy with the work performed and with the end results. I will have no reservation in recommending them.

I have used Scogin-Aire Mechanical for years and highly recommend them. Recently my AC unit exploded and caught fire while I was out of town. I called Scogin-Aire and they took care of everything. They even installed a temporary AC unit to keep my home cooled while they were dealing with the repairs. You can’t go wrong using their services.

Fantastic company! Owner came out on a Sunday to repair my AC, I was terribly worried about ridiculous weekend call out cost but the price was very reasonable and Mr. Scogin was very professional. He got our AC fixed and got us cooled off. We will definitely be using Scoginaire for annual maintenance and to replace our unit.

Michael came out and did a full review of my parent's house to replace furnace/AC. They were highly recommended and extremely professional & friendly. Due to some unforeseen contracts my family had, we had to use another company. I felt really bad we could not give Scogin-aire the job. However, next time they will be my first and only call. I can't express adequately with words as to the satisfaction felt doing business with Scogin-Aire. The air conditioning went out Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning expecting to have to wait for assistance until Monday. Much to surprise my phone call was answered. Mr. Scogin was very much professional and accommodating. He took the time to go over a few things (troubleshoot) while on the phone with me and had the most pleasant of demeanors. Unfortunately the fix was going to require a trained mechanic. Generally people are resting and enjoying their Sundays, but within an hours time he had a tech at the house to get the air back up and running. Not only was Mr. Scogin the consummate professional, but his tech Anselmo was truly a pleasant individual who took care of my issue in a most timely fashion. The issue with the ac was a relative quick fix and in no time the house had cooled and momma was happy. It would be an understatement to say that Mr. Scogin and his representative were anything other than the most genuine, good natured, and honest of peoples any of us should hope to encounter. I, myself, will never look further than to Scogin-Aire if and when an HVAC issue arises. I certainly will recommend this company to anyone I know. Absolutely could not have been more pleased with the service received. Truly good people who had shown integrity, honesty, and knowledge in their craft.

Scogin Aire and this technician Anselmo are a rare find. An honest, knowledgeable and professional technician, I have great respect for this man, and I do appreciate Scogin employing people like this. It shows they care about their customers and their business reputation. I am so thankful we have found a trusted ac company after so many years of being ripped off and mistreated by sub par companies and their techs. We will definitely use these guys from now on.

Mike did a great job installing a thermostat. When he checked the way my old one was wired, he had to take a different approach. He did the work in record time. He explained how it worked. I will definitely use him again. I like his work ethic, his warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
