Our AC stopped working over the weekend and I called Bruce Mechanical to schedule a technician. Maurice showed up on time, explained the issue, and replaced the sensor. I call Bruce Mechanical for all of my HVAC repairs and maintenance. Y’all are the best!

Jason came out as a warranty service on my new AC system. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He educated me on required maintenance and in general how my home climate control system work. Bruce Mech should be extremely proud to have Jason as an employee! He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns! He gave me great advice on what to do in the future. We need more Jason’s, going over and above what was asked. He didn’t treat it just like just a job. Even though it was a simple fix he didn’t just turn the switch on and leave. Jason did a great job servicing our HVAC system. What was so impressive, besides his fantastic customer service, was the way he explained what was happening in the a/c and how our system operates. This is the first time I have owned an A/C that had a fresh air intake feature. It was not set up correctly either. We also had issues with our registers, as the builder had most of them shut. Just a great technician and a great experience.

Victor was great! He quickly identified the issue with my thermostat panel and took the time to explain everything clearly, even showing pictures of how the system works and what caused the panel to fail. He also checked the condenser to make sure it was properly charged and functioning correctly. Since I have a new build and sometimes contractors often move quickly to meet deadlines, I really appreciated him taking the extra step to ensure the condenser was working as it should. On top of that, he was very personable, which made the whole experience even better. Thanks again, Victor. You’re the best!

I am a new home owner and the first time I had an issue with my air filter and heat Johnny came out and he helped me out! Great customer service! The second time around the sent Jason out and he was amazing! He explained everything to me that was going on with my heat/ac. He showed me everything that was going on in my attic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! What a great company!

Great service from Jason. Needed help with air distribution. He helped me out with even air flow and distribution in each room. He also took the time to explain each thing he did and gave good advice and tips to get the most out of my heat / air system. Overall great experience with Bruce Mechanical.

Had a "less qualified" technician take a look at our AC unit that kept shutting off during the day. Called Rivera AC and had Pete come out to take a look at it, and repair the problem. Turns out it was a different issue all together, and Pete got it fixed within an hour and saved us hundreds of dollars. Not sure what the previous technician was thinking...

This is a great AC company. We have been using them for over 15 years. Pedro is awesome. They are also great priced.

Upstairs A/C stopped cooling, and texted Pedro from a personal referral. He was immediately responsive to help troubleshoot (even on the 4th of July), before deciding it was necessary for him to come out to take a look at it. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue as a dead capacitor and was able to replace it on the spot in < 90 minutes. Great value and service, thanks again Pedro!

Highly recommend! We’ve used Pedro’s services several times. At one point a different AC company told us we would need to replace our entire AC unit. Thankfully we called Pedro, who correctly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it quickly and save us the money and hassle of replacing the whole unit. He is honest, responsive, and easy to work with.

Pete is 100% the best!!! He has done amazing work on my home AC and heater. He is quick, kind, and always honest. He has helped my sister as well who had complicated AC issues that other companies wanted to charge her $$$$$ and Pete came and saved the day for like 50 bucks.
