Nicholas was prompt, friendly, polite. My toilet power flush had failed to operate. He initiated and handled a call to the manufacturer and got the unit covered under the one year warranty. I asked him to replace the toilet shut-off valves which he did in a timely manner. I appreciate the responsiveness of their service and the notifications regarding arrival of the plumber. I am a repeat customer and will be using their services to replace my outdoor faucets which are difficult to use with arthritic hands. I recommend JD Precision Plumbing Services.

What a long hard working day my guy had. Another fellow came for one of the jobs to be done. They were phenomenal! What a wonderful hard working couple of guys were at my home today. So grateful for them!

Nick was our technician and he was phenomenal. Super polite, comfortable and knowledgeable. Made the repair quickly and explained what he was doing well. I appreciated having him today and will request him in the future.

Michael was very thorough in his inspection of the property. His recommendations for repairs were well thought out and made sense. He did not try to oversell any services or extra work. The repairs were done efficiently and effectively without any delays.

Vincent was extremely thorough in his approach, making sure to explain the work that was needed in detail and what was not required. His dedication to finding and solving the problem was truly impressive. Moreover, he took the time to teach me how to prevent these types of issues in the future, which shows his genuine care for his customers and his work. His efforts were greatly appreciated.

This was my first time using JD Precision Plumbing and I will use them again. My call was answered immediately by a live person and not an auto attendant. She was friendly and arranged for a 4 hour window the next day, even though it wasn't an emergency. The plumber, David, was on time, courteous and fixed the issue promptly. I have nothing negative to say for any part of this order.

Many thanks to Ryan and Kevin for going the extra mile and completing a long and complicated install. They had the utmost professional courtesy and manners involving rain and late hours. My hot water is working perfect now!!

Zach W was AWESOME! He was very kind, explained everything in terms we understood (I don’t speak water heater) gave options and advice for each one, then the had the old one out and new one in all in a matter of 3ish hours! I can’t recommend JD Plumbing and Zach enough. Thanks again Zach!

We have used JD plumbing several times. All the techs are professional, punctual, and do a great job. But I have to brag on Whun he goes above and beyond, and has the best eyes and a warming smile!

Michael was the best person we could’ve asked for, very informative and transparent during the quote process and performed an amazing job on our water heater install!

JD was also more competitive on price than others. We will be calling Michael should we need him again!

JD Precision Plumbing has more than earned their place on my contact list. They have sent technicians to my home more than once to provide a variety of services. In each case, their technician turned up on time, was so courteous and friendly that I came to think of him as a friend/son and my wife even tried to feed him.

Sounds like a joke, but it's 100% true.

Harley was awesome and did a fantastic job repairing our shower leak.

Responded quickly. Gave all the options and explained in detail. Completed a potentially 2 day job in one day (had to replace toilet flange which involved breaking concrete, swapping and rebuilding)
Cleaned everything. Except for the fresh concrete didn't look like any work was done
Jacob was very friendly and professional. Would definitely hire again.

JD Precision Plumbing came out to our new home to help us deal with some issues. They quickly assessed the issues and provided an estimate to correct/fix the problems. They were very responsive, courteous and professional. They performed all the work the next day and left us with the peace of mind that all of the issues had been resolved. I would definitely recommend them.

Nick came out this morning to help clear out a blocked sewer line. He quickly identified the problem and gave us a couple options. We chose to go ahead and replace that part of the line and although the job was trickier than anticipated because of poor setup when the home was built, Nick remained pleasant and made sure the work was done correctly. Really enjoyed his honesty and the quality of the work. We will be using JD Precision for all plumbing needs in the future!

Jacob, my technician, was on time. Courteous. Professional. As well as explaining all my needs, and possible future issues, in a easy to understand delivery. He cleaned up after himself, and completed the job expeditiously without any diversions.

Called JD Precision Plumbing during the snowstorm to go out to my senior living home. Ryan was very fast and efficient. He called me back within minutes of arriving to the home and said he had completed the job. He was very down to earth and friendly! I can tell that it just comes natural for him to be friendly.
