Nicholas was prompt, friendly, polite. My toilet power flush had failed to operate. He initiated and handled a call to the manufacturer and got the unit covered under the one year warranty. I asked him to replace the toilet shut-off valves which he did in a timely manner. I appreciate the responsiveness of their service and the notifications regarding arrival of the plumber. I am a repeat customer and will be using their services to replace my outdoor faucets which are difficult to use with arthritic hands. I recommend JD Precision Plumbing Services.

Plumbing tech arrived on time and fixed my issues. He quoted me the wrong price for unclogging a drain, which was 40% higher than quoted. He then tried to take my payment before he was finished working and before I confirmed his work was done properly. He also didn't inform me until after he requested my credit card and he tried to charge the payment on my credit card that there was a 3% credit card processing fee. I opted to write a check as this is not acceptable-charge card fees should be included in the cost of doing business....Overall, they are overpriced, lack communication, and do not have very good customer service. I would only use them again if there was an emergency and no one could come out.

What a long hard working day my guy had. Another fellow came for one of the jobs to be done. They were phenomenal! What a wonderful hard working couple of guys were at my home today. So grateful for them!
