Mr. Rooter Plumbing of The Woodlands

We hired Mr. Rooter to perform a hydrostatic test. The plumber that was sent wasn't very helpful and the cost of repairs was way too high for a non-profit and he wanted to push us to replace toilets rather than rebuilding them we chose not to go forward originally, but then the owner called after our original review, and he made it right by us I can tell he truly wants to do honest and correct work with us and he put in the effort for future needs of ours. I know the women and children that we support in our work greatly appreciate the effort the owner has put in for us. Thank you very much!

Before we moved into our new home, we found a sewer pipe had been cut by the previous owners sprinkler company. We were in need of new piping. Mr. Rooter was quick to help us and sent out Whun who was professional, kind, and gave us a great price compared to other companies. He had an estimate ready for us day one, and by day two they completed it by the end of the day. Our flower beds where the work was done looks like almost nothing was dug up. He checked to be sure everything was correctly installed, and made sure to put as at ease about our new home. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone!
