I can usually fix my plumbing problems, but this time the location of the leak and all the connections made me realize this was beyond my capability.
Juan and Jesus, from New Gen plumbing showed up pretty close to the time given. They introduced themselves and looked at the problem. They assured me they could fix it as soon as my home owners insurance approved the job.
After they got the approval it took them almost no time for the repair, with Pex instead of CPVC, which I know to be a superior product.
We turned on the water and verified their work. They cleaned up the area told me of a problem I needed to fix and told me how.
Really a terrific experience with New Gen Plumbing and Juan and Jesus. -

They provided more than excellent service! Took the time to truly investigate the leak we had and resolved the issue professionally and in a timely manner. On top of it all he priced everything fairly and couldn’t be more pleased with the work. I would highly recommend!
