My Plummer was Scotty. He arrived on time and was respectful of my property. He was polite, he kept me informed on what he was doing and what he discovered. He replace the faucet, cleaned up and left. He did not make me feel he was rushing me. He did a great job.

We reached out to our home warranty company because our shower head was leaking and the water pressure was really low. All Points Plumbing came to our home and did an excellent job fixing the problem without any issues. From my experience, home warranty companies often make promises about what they cover, but when it comes time to fix something, it’s not always as straightforward as they advertise. In these situations, companies like All Points Plumbing are often unfairly blamed, even though they are just doing their job. Keith from All Points Plumbing was really helpful—he took the time to explain exactly what was covered by our warranty and what wasn’t. Thanks to him, everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I’m very grateful to All Points Plumbing for their outstanding service.
