I recently contacted Patrick & Sons Plumbers because we noticed a strong sewer smell coming from our guest bathroom in Spring. He came out with Justin and quickly got to work. They did the test, found the source of the odor immediately, and explained everything in simple terms. They removed our toilet, sealed a spot that had been missed before, replaced the old wax ring, and put everything back neatly. The smell is completely gone now! Both Marc and Justin worked fast, cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly and professional. I also appreciated how comfortable I felt having them in my home, even when I was there alone. As a nice touch, they even left a bandana for our dog! I am extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone needing plumbing help in Spring.
