Great business. Kevin (the owner) is a top notch guy. His folks did amazing work with installing new water heater and clearing my super clogged toilet (thanks to baby toys). His guys were on time, efficient, and they saved me a fortune over the first plumber I called. I can’t recommend them enough. 5 stars cause there is not a 6.

Plumb Pro was a lifesaver and great to work with! We've had horrible experiences with contractors over the last five months, so it was a pleasant surprise to find Kevin. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable. You won't regret hiring him.

Within the first minute that I talked to Kevin on the phone I knew that PPPS was the company I was gonna use to correct the problem I had with my tankless water heater. He told me when he could have a technician at my house, and Nolan showed up at that exact time. Nolan is very confident, knowledgeable and friendly, young professional, just a pleasant young man to be around. He’s the kind of guy that you’d like to have as your neighbor. He had the problem figured out and my hot water flowing within an hour. Kevin and Nolan will be the first call I make with any future plumbing issues.

Good communication and repair. The repairman actually recommended that the repair of my garbage disposal was sufficient and advised that I didn’t need to buy a new one unless I wanted to do that.

Tommy Rodriguez was fantastic to work with. He was diligent, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure our Rinnai tankless water heater issue was fully resolved. He came back several times to ensure everything was working properly and didn’t stop until the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone so committed to quality service these days. Plumb Pro is the best plumbing company we have ever used. Whenever I call them, they are out here the next day. They are very thorough and great about explaining what they are doing. I trust them completely.
I called to leave a message on New Year’s Day, but the owner Kevin answered the phone. Our water heater had gone out. Kevin said the Nolan would be at our house the next day. Nolan arrived before noon and was able to get our water heater back up and running and even found that the roofers whom had put a new roof on had inadvertently knocked loose the pipe for the exhaust and he fixed that also. We always ask for Nolan and he does a great job. I couldn’t be happier with Plumb Pro.

Kevin Hall and his crew are outstanding! Glen, Preston and the other plumbers working on my mother's home have been incredible to work with. My interactions with the office staff have likewise been stellar. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable, and experienced. Working with a trusted provider is critical. My overall experiences with Plumb Pro have been worthy of a Five-Star Rating. Keep up the excellent work!

Plumb Pro came to assist a cracked pipe during foundation repair. They were quick to evaluate, pricing was very affordable, efficient with their work, and professional. Mr Newman took the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done.

Kevin is very knowledgeable and takes your concerns seriously. Especially about getting rates upfront. Easy to talk to. I’ve used PlumbPro 3 times and all the technicians have been very polite and hard working.

New job update:

So thankful for Plumb Pro! Preston and Justin took care of crazy water line leak near the meter. Leak taken care of (bad glue job by builder), and hole filled and retopped with sod and seed. Also fixed a broken sprinkler head that was in the same spot. Looks great! And they got here the next day after I called!
So appreciative!
