No one is ever there

this place is WAY to expensive. The person you reach when you call the number isn't even IN Houston. Find someone else.

From my first call to them to the end everyone I dealt with were very professional and prompt. Thank you all for your professionalism

Terrible customer service and unknowledgeable technicians. They were 5-6 hours late for 2 appointments in a row, for the same machine. Technicians don't take notes or communicate with one another so they show up unprepared. Customer service explained this by saying they have 1000's of accounts and can't be expected to get them all right and that "stuff happens". I finally switched to a new company and they immediately cleaned and assessed parts of the machine Tech 24 had never even mentioned in the 2 years I've been working with them.
