So impressed with Air Texas. They were recommended to me by a friend. They were very quick to respond and solved our issues faster than I thought. We were kept informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Dec 2025: Still having fabulous service by Charles! I love that he is so thorough and checks everything out. I really don't worry about my heat or AC anymore.... He is professional, diligent, and courteous.

10/30/2024: regular service call revealed my furnace (last made in 1993!) was in need of replacement. So thankful for William, who identified that it was failing. He gave me options & Charles then sent a quote. His group was able to replace the entire unit this afternoon! Also, because I am a regular customer with an annual service I got a discount on an already exceptional price! Can not recommend this group enough!
If you are looking for an HONEST, dependable, and professional AC/Heating group you have found them!

7/2024: apparently did not post last years service call! Had to call this year as AC stopped working. William and Kelly were prompt, professional, and kept me updated as to what time they would arrive and what they found. (Capacitor failed.) They made helpful recommendations to make my unit work more efficiently. Highly recommend this company!!

7/2023:A fabulous value when you get the yearly maintenance! My heat went out (but was not emergent) & they were here in less than 24 hours! I fully trust Charles to give the best recommendations

Its the hottest days of the year and I was able to call Airtex, they came out 1st thing in the morning!!!! Thankfully it was a simple condenser fix, the technician had the part with him and my house is cool and amazing! Thank you so much for the fast response time and fix! You guys are the BEST!!

Couldn’t come on the day we originally scheduled, couldn’t get me the quote until the day after. Quoted me the most expensive out of SIX different companies. 18 thousand for a two stage system and a brand I’ve never heard of. If your considering using them, shop around

Prompt and honest. Great to work with. Use them for service and now a replacement. Had Charles replace our downstairs unit that went out. The install went great and was completed in a day. Communication with Kim was great as well. Kim answered all questions on the back end and assisted with the financing. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough great things about Air Texas Air Conditioning! I reached out to them on a Sunday, and they were at my house the very next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit and found a bad contactor. Not only were they incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but they also had the part on hand and got my system back up and running right away. On top of that, their pricing was very fair and affordable. It’s so refreshing to find a company that is responsive, honest, and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend Air Texas Air Conditioning — I will absolutely be using them again for any future HVAC needs!

I was formally with another company who came out to do their biyearly maintenance and was given a bill for over $8000. Of course I decided to get a second opinion and Charles came Go I did not need all of that work. I did need some however I appreciate him being so Trustworthy. I have since referred so many of my friends and family and they have had the same experience.

Absolutely wonderful. I called Air Texas after my previous guy with an unrelated company missed multiple appointments. The owner personally answered my call and showed up to my first appointment. He was exceptionally generous with his time, serviced my units, and diagnosed the issue with my system. He also advised me to call Trane to have the repair done for free, and thus demonstrated strong integrity. Pricing is quite competitive and fair. Overall, this was a first rate experience, and the service was prompt, efficient, and honest. I feel this is a company I can trust, and will have them service all my maintenance needs going forward. I only wish I had called them the first time!

I just want to give a shoutout to Charles and Kim. My husband was in the hospital last week and my brother in law was at home battling cancer. Our AC wasn’t cooling. They came over that day and fixed the ac. They were very affordable and I’m so thankful to them. When we returned home from the hospital we were able to rest and be comfortable. Air Texas Tech Charles responded for an emergency wiring repair on my upstairs A/C unit. Arrived close to scheduled appointment time. Immediately made an evaluation on the issue and promptly completed repair in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Within 45 minutes my unit was back in service and working properly. I was very pleased with the service provided.
