10/10 recommend. We had Russell with Sevier Climate Control come out and take a look at the A/C. It went out last night and he was out the next day and had us up and running. He was very thorough and had great customer service. Left recommendations for what we needed.

Josh was great! He found the issue with our A/C quickly on his 1st visit. Once the parts came in, he was back and had us up and running with cold air again in just a couple of hours. He didn't try to sell us on anything more expensive or try to get us to replace the whole system; just fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. He was very friendly/personable on top of the quick work. We will definitely use them again, if needed, in the future.

Very pleased with the service I received overall exceptional customer skills and prices. Had to have my unit replaced and was suffering from the heat however their team got me back up and running and we’re a lifesaver. Highly recommend .

We are currently dealing with this very shoddy company. Of course, they were assigned by AHS, my home warranty company. On the first visit the tech determined that we needed a new compressor. Fine, it was ordered and received, then took 2 weeks to get on the schedule for install. Not good, but it's the busy season. Of course the tech then states the freon can not be saved so he charged $1200 for freon. The system never cooled, the tech never came inside the house. I paid another company to evaluate the system and that tech reported that the system was fine, just not fully charged. AHS sent Sevier out again again and this new tech says the evaporator coil had a leak, to explain the low system charge. He was supposed to send a diagnostic report to AHS, but of course that has not happened. Almost 2 months without A/C. The only reason they have 1 started is because zero isn't an option. If they are assigned by AHS don't not accept the assignment!

The repair service is bad, the receptionist/scheduler is equally bad, if not worse...Stay Away!

Technician came out dispatched by our home warranty company. He explained what happened to me. What he sent in was different than what he told me. The warranty company is refusing to do any repairs saying the technician wrote it up in such a way that it isn't covered. This is the 2nd warranty company that has done this to us. This company is not one I'd do business with and I'd recommend you drop any home warranty company you have as they're all scams.

I am very pleased with Sevier Climate Control. They were very prompt in setting up my appointment and then kept me posted on the status of their arrival. Josh, the technician who came to my home, was prompt, courteous, professional and most of all VERY knowledgeable. He completely diagnosed my air conditioner unit and solved our issue. During the whole time he explained each step to me and why he was doing certain things. After he left I felt very comfortable that our problem was solved. Josh is definitely an asset to his company!

This company is wonderful. They put in our business A/C unit a few years ago when our old one died. They were quick and efficient, got to us very quickly and was very reasonably priced. This week, our A/C stopped working on us. I called and a technician was sent the next day. He got to us within the first hour of the window we were given and fixed it in 20 minutes. Turns out, the unit he installed years ago has a self protecting feature (awesome) and he got it reset and was able to explain it on our level of understanding. Cannot say enough good things about this company. 10/10 recommend.
