We have been with Air of Houston for years and have never had a complaint. They provide maintenance checks twice a year and are always quick to respond if any issues come up. When we recently had a problem after business hours, they promptly returned our call, guided us through what to do, and sent a technician out the very next morning. Their service has always been reliable and professional.

Our AC stopped cooling in the middle of this heat, and we called Air of Houston. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly. It turned out to be just a bad capacitor, which they replaced on the spot. I really appreciated their honesty..no upselling, no scare tactics, just straightforward service at a fair price. The technician was professional, friendly, and had us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend them if you want reliable, trustworthy service!

Always greeted courteously by scheduling staff, service technicians professional and timely as per promised appointments. We have used them for annual checks of our AC systems for four years and found them to be reliable. This summer one of the AC units was not functioning properly. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. David assessed the equipment and was able to promptly identify the problem and offer us two repair options. Once we made a final decision, they delivered and installed the new unit on the same day. In addition, David pointed out a few safety and efficiency features on the other systems that we will be correcting at a later time. Happy with the company, and especially impressed by David’s knowledge and professionalism.

Air of Houston has always been fast and very helpful. We use them for business needs and I have also used them for personal issues at home. Always very helpful. And will definitely continue to use them as they are fast and work with me 🙏🏻

for 33 years and had many a/c and heater services done.....but none compare to the quality of installation and customer service of Air of Houston.....David Bunch and Kenny just left after servicing our a/c and changing the filter and making adjustments to the thermostats.......very professional......
