Reviews of local pros in Spring, Texas

We recently went through Hurricane Ida and were uncertain about possible water damage in our walls and ceilings. We contacted 911 Restoration and they came check the moisture levels in our home to help us determine if any of the dry wall needed to be replaced. The man who helped us was very professional, friendly, and honest about the damage. We had no difficulties contacting him and he arrived on time. I highly recommend 911 Restoration!

Super appreciative of the work that Angel and his team performed on my home. The response time was quick, the work was accomplished with as little disruption as possible, and as a result of their efforts they were able to dry and salvage most of the area that received damage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We can’t say enough about how Angel and the entire 911 Restoration team went out of their way to not only support us but make us feel comfortable as we dealt with damage during the holidays. We highly recommend their services and should we have a need for them in the future, we won’t hesitate to reach out.

Angel and his crew are awesome and I highly recommend! They came to Detroit to help during major flooding. Very professional! Thank you for helping out in the Detroit community 911 Restoration of Northern Houston!! We appreciate you and your service.

Called in 911Restoration when my master bathroom bathtub was leaking water from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. They quickly isolated where all the water was dripping to and opened it up. The plumber I called in had no problem finding where the leak was and fixed it. The 911 team then had heaters and dehumidifiers up and running along with cleaning out all the mold that formed. Everything went smoothly and Angel and Chat walked me through everything and helped with handling the insurance claim. There was no surprises with these guys on the job. I highly recommend!!!

With so much uncertainty after Hurricane Ida, it was hard to know who to trust but Angel’s compassion and knowledge made it an easier decision to go with 911 Restoration. They did an amazing job and I highly recommended this branch!

911 Restoration team is definitely dependable! You guys are such a blessing! Amazing team work and cleanup as well! They are very professional and compassionate during these stressful situations. Could not have asked for better Angel on my side!

911 restoration was great and easy to work with. Angel and his crew did great work while continuing to check in on me and our progress even after their work was done. Highly recommend!

We are so thankful for Matthew and team! We were left mid repairs from another company and not sure how to proceed. When I got a hold of Matthew and explained what was going on, he was able to make time the SAME DAY to come inspect the repairs and get the ball rolling to have the issues resolved. Within a short amount of time, our house is back to normal! Matthew and team have checked in multiple times and were physically present throughout the whole process. We are so thankful for the hard work!

By far the worst company I had to deal with. The mold removal process was easy going and done well. Then came time to replace everything and that's when it all went down hill. Supervisor hired his drinking buddy and craftsmanship was like a 5 year old got taught how to do it in a one day class. Caught their subcontractor taking a piss outside in my front lawn nothing was done about that issue, broken trim being reused, paint on everything, new sheetrock had nails protruding. After fighting with them for months after being told multiple times everything was 100% they finally sent another crew to finish up they eventually got it done.

Great company to work with. Extremely quick response and scheduling. John (Mitigation Specialist) and Danny (Reconstruction) were very professional, transparent, and responsive. The work was high quality, very quick, and cost-effective. I would use them again.

Angel and his team have been fabulous. Everyone has been very professional and thorough in their work. Angel took the time to explain things and answered questions that I didn't even know I had. While I hope to never need a water restoration team again, if I do, 911 Restoration of Northern Houston will be my first call.

The best restoration company I have ever gave my business to by far. Excellent service by a group of professionals that were able to assess the damage and provide me a quote for the necessary restoration at a fair price. 10/10 recommend.

My home sustained major damage from Hurricane Ida. The team from 911 Restoration came in and professionally and thoroughly took care of all the water damage. Angel and his team were fantastic to work with, they treated me and my family with so much kindness and compassion at such a difficult time.

Angel, Delray, and Team did a great job of walking me through this very stressful process, and we're immediately out to fix the problem, even on a Saturday evening.

Delray and Team we're very transparent, professional, and did multiple dryness readings with me to give me full peace of mind and alert me to their progress.

I've yet to hear from Insurance, but their excellent work and high praise from our independent adjuster make this a 5 star service IMO.
