Our dishwasher stopped working correctly and Ace is just down the road about a mile. I called and talked to someone pretty quickly. Nicole helped to take my info, document issues and schedule a repair tech. They had same day availability, but even next day was great and worked for me.
Brian responded during the given service window, giving a 15 minute courtesy text prior to arrival. He got right to work, and identified the issue and other potential issues. He was very open and honest about the cost, preventative maintenance and comparison to other models/brands. He provided me with a fair bill and said I had options to repair or replace. I opted for replacing as the machine was 4+ years old and had other potential unseen damage from the disrepair.
I went to their location on Davis and purchased a new KitchenAid with the help of George. I already had the old washer out and decided to do the installation myself rather than waiting until an opening for install dates. Brian assured me that had I chosen to have Ace install it, they had a top notch installer.
I would highly recommend Ace based on my experience.

Bought a Speed Queen washer from Ace Refrigeration and Appliance and Brian just installed it. He was efficient and quite knowledgeable. Didn’t take the hinges off our utility/garage door like Sears did (ended up buying new door because of their neglect) and was in and out in no time! No mess left either. Great company to work with for appliances. George in the showroom was honest and didn’t try to pressure me into buying the dryer as I won’t need it for another year, I hope! Best experience ever and also the most reasonable price around!! You will be glad you purchased from this company!!
