William Electric answered their phones in the office they d before opening and boy was is a life saver. We needed a specific circuit breaker than could not be found elsewhere. They went beyond the call of duty and saved the day by offering an alternate one and it work.

Called into office looking for a capacitor for an outside A/C . They didn't carry the part needed but directed me to the right place. Great customer service. Keep up the great work!

Im an Ex-employe from this company, unfortunately I had to move out of town this is the company that teached me almost everything I know, the employees are so profesional and responsible ( Arturo,scotty and Nathan) and the owner Bill williams which so far I have no words to describe him,he likes to do things right he is very responsible if he tells you he will be there, he will be there,friendly,humble, with a big heart,very smart I have not met any other contractor as smart as he is..I really appreciate what you all guys did for me thanks to God first and thanks to you all I became an electrician,I have you all guys in my heart and in my mind and wherever I go I bring with me all of the advice. And stuff that you all guys teached me thank you all guys and God bless you all..

If I could give no stars I would. We called them out because we didn't have power to our house. The owner came out and figured out what the problem was and told us what they would charge to fix it. Workers came out the next day and started working on it, I left the house because I had a baby and when I was leaving one of the workers mentioned it would be longer than expected due some unexpected things and they'd have to do more work. It was never mentioned that it would cost more, or anything like that. Then I get an email for $400 over what they told me, no one said anything about it costing more. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them, and if you do be ready to pay a lot more than what they quote and not be notified till the end.

Left service panel mislabeled and with 2 screws holding the cover plate on. Outside GFI plugs do not work. One GFI tripped and will not reset. Wall plugs/boxes not nailed to studs loose in the walls. Serviceman destroyed plumbing to do electrical. All new wiring throught the house and not working. One of the worst jobs. I would not recommend them at all.

Williams Electric installed my outdoor porch lights. It was a complicated pattern and I needed sturdy wiring as my porch faces north west and the wind can be strong. I was super happy with the outcome and a year and a couple of storms later I'm happy to report everything held up. I highly recommend this company for excellent work.

Wish I could go negative stars. This company installed my HVAC system. They were hired by my construction company, doing repairs.... not by me. The construction company didnt pay them in full, so they put a lien on my home, even through a judge ruled AGAINST them both! They victimized me twice, and allllll my vents & duct work they installed has to be replaced after only 2 yrs. They are scamming me. They also left all the duct work under my home on the ground instead of hanging, they also left all their mess under my house. I'm having to pay a different company to repair their work! BEWARE!

This company was amazing! Did great work and was in constant communication with me during the project. There was NO delay with city inspectors, which was also a huge relief. Highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with the work I had done, but, the invoice for the work was more than the price originally quoted, because they miscalculated the amount of wire needed for the job. So, beware that if they make a mistake, they will expect you to pay for it!

Both men was very well mannered, very clean after the install.. they was both very informative and they know their business. And they was very patient with all our questions and my worries.. they are so so so awesome. And I will be spreading the word and will refer to anyone that asks...

Colton did electrical work for me. He wasknowledgeable, competent, professional, and courteous. He replaced 2 ceiling fan/lights, 2 hanging lights, 2 porch lights, 2 hall lights, 4 vanity lights and 8 electrical outlets. He was fantastic.

Replaced ceiling lights and mobile home with new LED snap in cam lights. Replaced motion detector on security lights under carport. Fixed ceiling, fan and stables all work performed a timely and professional manner.
