I have been through a lot with my A/C during the last 5 years and never could get a company that was prompt, reliable, and honest to do the repairs. Instead they all have wanted to charge me a hefty fee for putting a band aid on it. This summer I’ve had issues again and so I reached out to my neighbor who referred Pro Heat and Air. I’m so very thankful that my neighbor referred these guys! In this 100 degree heat I needed someone to come to my house promptly and someone that was honest and really do the repairs. Well, let me tell you they did and are all of the above. I’m so thankful that I found a company that is honest, has integrity, and who is very kind. That is so hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Pro Heat and Air!!

Eric was very knowledgeable and has great customer service. All we had to do was tell him what our outside unit was doing and knew the problem right away. PRO HEAT AND AIR was able get us on schedule the same day we called. We will be using them again for our system needs.

Had a great experience with Aaron and Eric with Pro Heat and Air out of Springfield, Texas. I got home from a trip out of state and my AC had gone out. I called at almost 9:00 p.m. and Eric was here at 9:36 p.m. to look at my unit. He had to come back today to actually fix it. He got me up and running and was friendly and kind while doing it! Great work and customer service from Pro Heat and Air!

We had a unit that was four or five years old. It was a cheaper unit and we were having it serviced by A1heat and air. They did not install the cheaper unit but they did do service calls. We were on a service schedule with a1 air and they would come out 2 times a year and service the unit. Three weeks ago our unit went out and cost around 1000 dollars to get it back running but the technician never should me what caused it to go bad in the first place. Long store short it went out again and the first technician said he didn’t know what was wrong with it and then they sent another one and he didn’t really know either but said they wanted to do some trouble shooting with the first cost being between 750 and 1000 thousand dollars but didn’t know if that would fix it. I decided to get a second opinion from pro heat and air and glad i did. Eric came out same day and I explained the situation that A1 air technicians had been telling me and then Eric looked at the unit and showed me the real problem. Honestly why didn’t A1 air show me these things. After seeing this I was very upset and cancelled my a1 air service and reported it their management. Haven’t heard back from them yet but I’m sure they will want to know why I was so unhappy. I just can’t believe the things they did show me and keep charging me money for cheap fixes. I’m glad Eric came out and got us a new unit. The installers were great and did an excellent job. Looks awesome. Give pro heat and air a call for great customer service. Thanks Eric and installers. You guys did great.

Got quoted 2,400 dollars for a new compressor from 1 company yesterday. Aron came out today, noticed things that the other company missed and got us up and running by fixing the actual problem which was a much smaller job and more affordable. Aron was so incredibly knowledgeable about every part of the system!!! Highly highly recommend.

I can't recommend Pro Heat and Air enough! I called them with an issue, and they were ready to come out the same day—which is almost unheard of these days. The technician was professional, efficient, and super knowledgeable as I have a very old unit. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner. Excellent service, fair pricing, and incredibly responsive. If you need HVAC work done right and fast, this is the company to call!

I woke up this morning and my AC was out. I was able to get someone out the same day. Eric was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable and took the time to go over our options and made sure we understood the benefits of each one. He went above and beyond for us and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

My AC went out Friday evening. Eric Hilton came out within an hour and knew exactly what the problem was. He got my AC up and running within minutes. He was very thorough and detailed and answered all my questions. Great company! Highly recommend.

A/C went out yesterday. 91° in the house. They came out immediately... they assessed what I knew and believed. A 20 year old AC, on it's last breath, and in really bad shape. Anyhow, we agreed that there wasn't any chance to revive this thing. I was given options and chose the middle priced full replacement. Priced as I expected, fair though. Absolutely fair. Arranged for an install the next day. They left a window unit loaner for the night (saved me!) and reappeared as promised at 8 am. 7 hours later... totally new, installed and cooling my home perfectly. Can't ask for a more professional, kind and efficient group of installers. I'll be looking for a maintenance contract with this company. They get it done as promised and quickly.

Eric came out and showed lots of professionalism handled all our questions, did an amazing job for my dad. Did such an amazing job we signed up for ,them to come out and check our equipment every 6 months. Definitely would recommend to friends and family

Could not be happier with my experience from Pro Heat & Air. The technician, Eric, was very friendly & informative. Reasonably priced and very quick to get here. Communication was 10/10! Highly recommend!

Eric gave me a call right after I contacted the office. He was extremely friendly and helped me get my AC drawing clog fixed and informed me on some preventive maintenance I could do to help. He also offered me a service membership and other services the company provided as well as recommended another in home air filtration system for my pregnant wife. All around great experience and everyone should use them if they have an issue they need resolved quick.
