I can't recommend Pro Heat and Air enough! I called them with an issue, and they were ready to come out the same day—which is almost unheard of these days. The technician was professional, efficient, and super knowledgeable as I have a very old unit. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner. Excellent service, fair pricing, and incredibly responsive. If you need HVAC work done right and fast, this is the company to call!

I woke up this morning and my AC was out. I was able to get someone out the same day. Eric was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable and took the time to go over our options and made sure we understood the benefits of each one. He went above and beyond for us and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

My AC went out Friday evening. Eric Hilton came out within an hour and knew exactly what the problem was. He got my AC up and running within minutes. He was very thorough and detailed and answered all my questions. Great company! Highly recommend.

A/C went out yesterday. 91° in the house. They came out immediately... they assessed what I knew and believed. A 20 year old AC, on it's last breath, and in really bad shape. Anyhow, we agreed that there wasn't any chance to revive this thing. I was given options and chose the middle priced full replacement. Priced as I expected, fair though. Absolutely fair. Arranged for an install the next day. They left a window unit loaner for the night (saved me!) and reappeared as promised at 8 am. 7 hours later... totally new, installed and cooling my home perfectly. Can't ask for a more professional, kind and efficient group of installers. I'll be looking for a maintenance contract with this company. They get it done as promised and quickly.

Eric came out and showed lots of professionalism handled all our questions, did an amazing job for my dad. Did such an amazing job we signed up for ,them to come out and check our equipment every 6 months. Definitely would recommend to friends and family

Could not be happier with my experience from Pro Heat & Air. The technician, Eric, was very friendly & informative. Reasonably priced and very quick to get here. Communication was 10/10! Highly recommend!

Eric gave me a call right after I contacted the office. He was extremely friendly and helped me get my AC drawing clog fixed and informed me on some preventive maintenance I could do to help. He also offered me a service membership and other services the company provided as well as recommended another in home air filtration system for my pregnant wife. All around great experience and everyone should use them if they have an issue they need resolved quick.

Eric Hilton with Pro Heat and Air was great. He arrived on time and was attentive in his listening of my issue and what I had looked at. He was very knowledgeable with the new variable speed units and found numerous issues the original installers had created by installing it as a conventional single speed system. He made the corrections in short time and all the communication issues went away and system came back online and is working like a champ. Highly recommend Eric for the new variable speed systems.

Our heat has been out over the last few cold days and Eric was able to diagnose it quickly. He took the time to explain it to us and was polite, respectful and friendly. Thanks Eric!

I called and said it wasn't an emergency but they were able to fit me in the same day. Eric the tech guy came out and was great answered my million and 1 questions and was great. He came in did all kinds of tests to try and save me from a high bill and do what I needed. They will become my new ac repair go to since my other closed. Thank you guys for a great job done well.

I had a leak in my system which allowed most of the freon to leak out, the repair was made and the system was recharged within a couple of hours.

Life savers. Best guys and service. Got back from a trip and two AC units were down. Used their texting service at midnight and these guys responded in 5 min and set appointment up for the next day. Mind blowing!!! Eric showed up at the time stated and repaired one within 5 min once the issued was found. Second unit needed to be replaced. I was thinking two or three days of heat and sweat. Nope!!!! Had a new unit within 2 hours and installed before the day was out.
The tech and installation guys were good guys and personable. Kept it clean and interactive with us.
Could not have asked for a better experience. These are my go to guys now.
