We hired the Cervantes company to redo our front lawn and yard space as well as a few more spots that needed attention. Jaír was very responsible, efficient, polite, on time, honest, communicative and all around a very professional man. It was a delight to have a person like him work for us. We will be surely calling him back when needed and would recommend him to friends and family.

The courtyard of my home was overrun with weeds and vines and had a tree that needed to come down. Contacted Cervantes, they had someone out the next day to quote the project, scheduled when it was convenient for me, and were reasonably priced. Day of the project, they were on time, quick, friendly, and thorough. Very happy with the work!

My yard was such a sad mess, but Jair knew exactly what plants would be suitable and achieve the look I wanted. Jair and his crew are outstanding! He was prompt with replying to my request for a quote. He took the time to examine our yard and come up with a plan to solve some problem areas. His quote was very reasonable! Jair and his crew showed up on time and he was responsive through multiple projects of installing a French drain, sod installation to several areas of the lawn, mulch and flower bed clean up, and fence gate replacement. Working with Jair was a wonderful experience.
We had a severe drainage issue on one side of the house. A flower bed and shrubbery were actually above the foundation which was allowing water to come into the house. We suffered water damage to one wall and the hardwood floors. We were desperate to remedy the problem especially after Hurricane Beryl.
Mr. Cervantes responded quickly and was actually the first to respond to my inquiry. He came out the same day to examine our yard and provide us with a plan and an estimate to solve the problem. His estimate was very reasonable and he gave us a date that his team would be able to start and complete the job.
Jair communicated with us throughout the process to ensure we were aware of the work they were doing and to ensure we were satisfied.

He responded to all emails and texts quickly and showed himself to be a professional who really cares about quality in his work. He put together a detailed estimate for the work stating clearly what was to be done and the costs so no surprises when the work was completed.
Mr. Cervantes told me when they would be here and they did come early, started to work, and completed the job as we had agreed upon.

First time I used their services, we had clean up, large branch removal and vegetation removed. They were thorough and neat. They were able to finish within a day. It was drastic difference from how it was before.
Second time, I wanted more yard clean up, removal of my trees and branching, sod installation, minimizing garden bed and plant boxwoods, and more. Their wonderful and skilled team worked on my yard for a few days, again thorough and neat. Complete night and day difference. It was absolutely to what I envisioned.
Customer service was excellent. I gave them what I want to have done. They gave me good feedback and gave excellent suggestions and ideas. Ideas I would have not thought of. They came out to the property to inspect and later on he will quote me on the price. We would communicate through phone call, text, and email. They were diligent and quick to response. After service was done, they were informative on how to take care of the property. Any questions ask, they were able to explained clearly.
Overall, I was completely satisfied with the service. I will used them more in the future.

The best landscaping company we ever worked with! Jair and his team did a phenomenal job with our garden. They executed what I had envisioned, plus more. They are very accommodating, and always responsive to all my requests and questions. I also feel like the project was reasonably priced. Working with Jair has been amazing! We initially had this huge soil pit area converted to rocks and we were so impressed with his work that we used his services to redo our landscaping. Their team did an excellent job, paying attention to the small details that really make a difference in how your yard looks. For example, he recommended shortening the plant bed so that the yard looks bigger. Not something I would have thought of but I love how the yard looks. He was also very patient with me, I went back and forth on which plants I wanted for a few months and he worked with me the entire time with no judgement.

His team is very thorough and even power washed everything at the end of the job to leave our home looking clean. They have already fixed up 5 areas around our house and we plan on using them for our future projects as well. I highly recommend them!

Our furnace was making strange noises, and the technician said it was struggling due to restricted airflow. After a full duct and blower cleaning, everything started running smoothly again. He also performed coil cleaning, which improved the cooling in the upper floors. These guys really know HVAC systems inside and out.!!
