Tyler & Gabe are exceptional! They are professional, efficient and very communicative. I called Doug Turner Plumbing to request annual service on our tankless water heaters. Tyler explained the charges, which were quite fair, and the guys immediately got to work. I was impressed with the way they staged the work to maximize their time & productivity. When I was the business manager at my church, Doug Turner Plumbing took care of most of our needs. So when I had a big drainage problem at my home, that's who I called. I received a swift response with professional and courteous service.
Mitch (who I was familiar with from the church) and Matt spent a couple of hours analysing the problem and then gave me a list of possible solutions along with estimated costs.
We tried the simplest approach first and luckily it worked. I felt the final cost was very fair given the relative complexity of the problem and the time and effort the guys put into the job.
I heartily recommend Doug Turner Plumbing for both commercial and residential plumbing work. They have the tools and the know-how to get the job done!

Mitch and Matt diagnosed the reason why a shower was not working, as a precautionary measure had replacement parts on hand, and when they were able quickly to solve our problem without the need for the replacement parts, they did not charge for the parts or the service call. Smart, good guys with the customer’s best interests at heart. Strongly recommend Turner Plumbing, Mitch and Matt.
