We love working with Steamatic of Southwest Houston for all of our Water Restoration needs. Working in the gutter and roofing business (Mo City Gutters and Remodeling) we see water damage all the time and we always rely on Abhi with Steamatic to help us. He communicates well, has competitive pricing, and is always transparent. I highly recommend Steamatic to anyone in the Missouri City, Sugar Land, and Greater Houston area.

Had floor and wall damage due to water heater malfunction ! Abhi with Steamatic sevice responded within hours and pretty much finished and remodeled affected area within weeks. Abhi did an outstanding work of helping us save some money by finishing the entire work within the monetary fund provided by home insurance.

We are very pleased and highly recommend Abhi and his company Steamatic for any of home related issues.

Can't thank Abhi enough, our water heater blew at 9:30pm and water had been running for 30 minutes before we could stop it. My first call was to our local plumber, who showed up immediately, he then called Abhi and his team for us. Abhi was there within 30 min! Was super nice and explained everything that needed to happen. The next morning him and his team showed up to set up dehumidifiers and checked them every morning until things were dry. He even showed up when our insurance adjuster was coming by to make sure he explained in person why they did what they did. He worked with them to get layouts of our home and even our adjuster was happy that he made his job easier for him. I would highly recommend using them!

We had a washing machine overflow and cause considerable water damage to our kitchen floor as well as carpet in living room and walls.

I originally reached out to a restoration company who were ready to tear everything apart and made it seem like the end of the world. I didn’t find the approach comforting so I did some research online and came across Steamatic.

The owner Abhi picked up my call and was very reassuring in his process. He came out himself with his team later that afternoon and they immediately came up with an action plan. Their approach was comforting and he made sure to listen to our concerns without just saying we need to tear everything apart like the first company. Simon, Omar and Daniel are all great guys and were great to work with.

They had our home dry in just a few days and they made working with the insurance company very easy. Not only that but they recommended a contractor that has been great to work with thus far and has taken away the burden of having to find one ourselves.

I highly recommend Steamatic for any emergency water damage needs!

I recommend this company because they are very responsible. They are very attentive to cleaning & very detailed oriented.

On Tuesday June 17 I had two females come to my home to do a deep cleaning. Now…I’m not sure why but the “work” they put in was half assed.
The house smelled nice yes.
But today, June 18 as I was going around to make sure everything was good to go. The base boards, corners, floors, walls were not wiped down. The windows were not cleaned..I tried to get them to come back but as I did tell them the day that they were here to clean that we had a showing the next day.

I reached out and said, you can come at 2:45 or refund me the 400. For whatever reason they could not make that time and showed up at 3 o clock. The viewing was already in progress.

My irritation is that when you charge 400 for deep cleaning. I expect a fully detailed home to be done correctly the FIRST TIME. Top to bottom. And not waste my time and my money.
