It was a pleasure meeting Chris and doing business with him. He was very responsive and always stayed in touch to tell me if the weather was cooperating etc. I was very pleased that the company completed their work within the timeline they committed to, even after they had complications with arraigning for the equipment they needed. The team did not seem to rush, working until the agreed upon work was competed.

They did a great job trimming a large, beautiful tree that had been butchered by city contractors clearing limbs away from power lines. Also cleaned up two palm trees and a couple of smaller trees. The work was done quickly and neatly just as had been discussed beforehand. The yard was left tidy and not trampled looking.

Jason, Kyle, and the team that came out went above and beyond what my mom and I asked of them! I searched online for a tree company because my dad has been begging me for a pole saw, and sorry, but I don't trust him to do it safely. Kyle came out and viewed the property, gave me some suggestions, listened to what my mom wanted- trees cleared from roof and property line, canopies raised for more sunlight, and dead tree removed-, and then gave me a quote. I accepted it right away as it was more than reasonable. The team was scheduled for not even two weeks later. Even with a heavy rain storm in the middle of the day, the team had every tree cleared from our roof and property line AND all debris cleared. I'm still in shock! Definitely will be using them again! I am so thrilled with the work The Urban Foresters did for me. Their crew was both competent and professional. The entire experience of working with their company was fantastic. I am totally satisfied and I highly recommend them.

We worked with Wes, and were very happy with the entire experience. We have four huge live oaks in the front yard, and he took care of making sure they were trimmed properly and thinned out, so our front yard & grass can grow below. Thanks again!

I've used Urban Foresters several times for different services such as tree and stump removal, treatment for pine beetles and tree trimming. They always do an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Bought a new house that needed quite a bit of tree work. Knew that I would have to get the work done as soon as the house closed. I shopped around a few other tree trimming companies, but Urban Forresters had top notch service and the salesman was very knowledgeable and honest. The price was perfect as well. I am a guy that will pay a little more for top notch service. Have had bad experiences in the past with taking the lowest price possible. Urban Forresters price was competitive and I called them to schedule the appointment. Job was done ON TIME! I hate when a company says "We will be there in-between 8am and 1pm." People can't take a whold day off. They showed up within 15 minutes of their time (early!). Crew was very friendly and notified me when they were done and made sure that I was happy with the outcome. I recommend this company to any friend/person that asks.

The UrbanForesters workers are very skilled and safely remove branches from trees. They also grind and haul off all tree debris.

Prompt arrival, team of guys did a good job trimming trees and removing 2 others. Stump grinding looks great. I hired them because of good google reviews and was very pleased with my experience and would recommend. Price was about what I expected given the work I requested.

These guys did a great job at my home in Sugar Land, cleaning up several oak trees. They were very professional, courteous and timely. I know members of the management team personally, and can easily vouch for their character. I would highly recommend them for both residential and commercial work. 5 stars!!!

Urban Foresters removed a 40' tall crepe myrtle from our yard. Showed up on time did great work, and after the stump grinder finished nothing left but an open space with some wood chip mulch. I definitely know who to call the next time i need tree service.

Great experience with Urban Foresters in Sugar Land. I needed 5 trees trimmed and one 45’+ tree cut down as it was two close to my home. I priced several companies and they were among the most competitive and provided by far the most professional service during the estimating and work process. They showed up to do the work on time and with a full crew plus wood chipper truck. After seeing what is involved in trimming the very tall trees and completly removing the one close to my house there is no question I made the right choice. Trusting a lawn crew or similar would have been a disaster. These tree peices weight hundreds if not thousands of pounds and I can’t imagine how a non full time tree service could have done the work. They did exactly what I wanted. They thinned and trimmed my trees, cut my neighbors tree back to the property line (much like alone a road or power line) which was amazing to see, and took down a huge tree and ground the stump. They did all of this in one long day. Everyone on the crew was polite and cleaned up after the work was done. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Always professional, timely and communicative. I use Urban Foresters annually to trim our giant oak. As a Realtor, I always refer my clients needing trimming or removal and know they are in the best hands and that I’m supporting local. Safety measures and cleanup are a big part of the services provided. Highly recommend!

I contacted Wes at Urban Foresters, regarding an over grown and unruly palm tree. The palm had grown outside the parameters of my mom’s home association guidelines. Wes came by and gave us a really reasonable quote to remove the tree (we had received 3 other quotes) and gave us options outside of removal. We opted for the removal. On the appointed date and time the team showed up, completed the work, and cleaned up the area in a timely manner. My mom is 89, she loves company and loves to talk. The patience of Wes and his team to listen and explain the process to my mom was nothing short of amazing. We will be using this company again. Professionalism and kindness go a long way. Excellent experience. Would hire again. Chris was the estimator. Very knowledgeable. Pleasant to deal with. I think he is the owner? The day of the service, they arrived early, parked out front without disturbing me with ringing the doorbell. Very professional - the men were in Urban Forester uniform, and the truck and chipper were well maintained, very clean. These may not seem important to you. But for me, these facts were taken into consideration when I had to decide which tree service to go with. Like, have you ever seen uniformed tree workers? The truck was very impressive, very clean. Like what other tree service has equipment that's appears to be so well taken care of? These guys really seem to be proud to be part of Urban Forester. This too tells me a lot. If workers are happy with whom they work for, they will do their job with pride. I can say so much more about Urban Forester. It's all good and they do beautiful work.

I had spoken to a few true pruning services, but after our initial consultation decided to go with Urban Foresters. Wes came by for the initial consultation; he was patient with my questions and very easy to talk to. I was surprised that he didn't try to upsell me, in fact of the 3 oak trees I had, he suggested only 1 really needed pruning. The crew were also professional, they came by, pruned my oak tree, and cleaned out all the debris from the winter freeze and worked efficiently. All in all would definitely use them again in the future!

I am so pleased with the work they did on all of our trees. Wes was professional and spent the time to discuss a plan that worked for us. I appreciated him taking into consideration what we wanted/needed. When the team came out to do the trimming, they were also professional and friendly. The Urban Foresters team came out to trim and shape up the trees around our house. They were AMAZING! They showed up on time, were careful with their work and controlled where the large branches fell. My trees look great, my yard is getting some sunlight through again so it can regrow and everything is shaped up nicely. Definitely recommend this group!

I couldn't be happier with the work just completed this morning. Nick was my project manager and he was professional from beginning to end. To be honest, I had a quote from another company that was less expensive. However, after walking my property with Nick and discussing my needs, I quickly realized that he understood the job better than the previous company. I chose The Urban Forester and am so grateful that I did.
