Did a great job on trees & shrubs. In my experience, these type of services are definitely a case of you get what you pay for. Worth it for a pro job that cleans up your yard in a day. Attached is before and after lygustrum shrub -- can't overstate how much work it takes to tame this shrub, for one person this is a multiple all day job, so glad to get it done -- thanks!

We could not have had a better experience! Unfortunately, our large water oak was not able to be saved due to root rot. Kyle and the team at Urban Foresters, Jose Luis, Nelson, & Arle did an amazing job with trimming all of our live and water oaks and the removal of what was once known to our family and friends as 1st Base😢
Francisco was our stump grinder he made the area look great.

Watch your trees if I would’ve called sooner, we would’ve been able to save first base!

My husband and I just had a great experience with Urban Foresters pruning our tree. Our main point of contact was Brent. Brent was a great communicator and answered all of our questions prior to the service, and kept us in the loop day of since we both had to be at work. We were blown away with how the team went above and beyond. The team showed up early, and did more than we were expecting, and did a great job with clean up of our yard and our neighbors since some of the tree was going into their yard. 5 stars all around! I would highly recommend this company and Brent for all of your tree servicing needs.

Everyone at Urban Foresters is very professional and caring. Jerry in sales was particularly helpful. He helped me throughout the process, from start to finish. It made a huge difference to me.
The trees look great, and I no longer need to worry about their branches touching the roof.

I wish to compliment Jerry. He was a true professional. He assessed my tree needs, was thorough and very clear in his explanation. Additionally, he gave me a bit of background on the company and assured me that he would come on the day of service to make sure all was in order. The foreman and tree men were excellent. All was impeccable when they finished. I am very pleased.

Our family have been loyal customers of Urban Foresters since 2012 when one of our mature old Live Oaks split. Other companies just wanted to take it down but Urban Foresters reassured us with pruning and care the tree could be saved. It is as beautiful as ever 13 years later.
Every 2 to 3 years we would have our trees serviced. This December I had a Live Oak leaning over the house I was concerned about and Jerri came to assess the tree. With the root encroachment and the lean it was decided the tree should be removed.
The Urban Foresters crews were as great as usual. The tree came down on Monday, in the rain! The crew cleaned the site beautifully. On Tuesday the crew did a wonderful job of pruning, thinning and removing damage from Hurricane Beryl on my five remaining Live Oaks. Again they left the yard cleaned very well. On Wednesday Jose came and loaded the heavy limbs, what a work of art! He handled that heavy load like he was playing with match sticks. He then ground the stump, making sure to get all the many roots too. He the cleaned the site, loaded the debris and leveled it with rakes.
The entire job was professionally completed. I am proud to tell you this entire company from the first visit to completion of the job is the best experience.

The service I received was tree root grinding. Urban Foresters is a professional company. But the person who they sent for the work was not equally professional. He did the job but not as neatly as it should have been done. He did not clean the mess that was created in the process throghly, nor did he level the ground properly. The grinding machine he brought to do the job was too big and unwildy in spite of me informing the company to send a smaller machine.

Follow up - James called and apologize for what happened. He was sincere and patient, and is able to show that he does care. We talked about area for improvement, and things that could have been done to avoid this from happening again. He is able to convince me that he will bring the message back to the specific individual. I believe my experience is not entirely a reflection to the company, and therefore I am revising it to a 3 star. The description of my experience is merely a precaution if you happen to have a flower bed under/near the tree, that you might want to provide additional instruction to the team so that there will not be surprises.

The HOA hired them to trim tree. They pretty much destroy my garden fence and was walking all over my flower bed, while getting the tree trimmed. They got the job done, but yet destroy my flower bed and garden fence. Yes we were reimbursed for the destroyed fence. The main guy that was doing the work did not even bother to apologize. I was told later that he does not speak much English, but how hard is it to learn the word "Sorry". Just sharing my experience.
