I have been a customer of SHA for 15 years. They installed the HVAC unit in my new home in 2004. During the last 15 years they serviced my HVAC system. After 15 years my compressor finally quit so it was time for a new unit. I did not hesitate to call SHA to replace my HVAC system. They got my new unit installed quickly. Great team to work with at SHA. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or repair. You won't find a more dedicated group that you can trust.

I needed a Nest thermostat installed because I'm 70- and can't see that well any more and called these hometown AC guys and they were out to my apartment within an hour. Flat rate and great service. Took only 15 minutes and worked first time. I need the Nest at my age because I don't have to get out of bed and walk downstairs to change the temperature of the AC or I can just turn on the fan just by asking Alexa. Our heater started not working properly after the last snow storm. I called and they showed up within an hour and fixed it, despite the bad weather. I am very grateful for their prompt response. I will use them again for anything that comes up and recommended them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

I came home to find my house at 90°F! I called around and most companies said it would be a few days before they could send someone out.

But when I called Stephenville Heat & Air, they were able to send someone out the same day (in fact, it was less than 2 hours later).
Seth (I'm sorry if i missed remembered your name!) was lovely, and even though my house has a weird layout, he was able to get the problem fixed, and it was inexpensive to boot.

Graham came over just a little bit after I called him, early on a Saturday morning. He was extremely sweet and so helpful! He had our older air conditioning unit up and running again in a short time! I called this company bc the other two companies that I usually use were either closed, or didn't return my call. This will be the first one I call in the future! I recommend them highly!
