If there was a worse rating I would leave it. The guy came over to fix my washing machine and pulled out the washing machine and dryer and stepped on the filter from the dryer to the wall and broke it. He replaced some springs and screws and bolts in the washing machine and left them on top of the dryer. The next time I used my washing machine liquid started coming out from the bottom of the unit and the washing machine shook louder than before. I have had four other people calling on this company with my cell on the line to try to get somebody to pick up the phone for five days And nobody has picked up or responded to any voicemails.
Now the guy comments after not responding for days to phone calls or voicemails on HERE only to say that he was the second guy I hired to fix my machine. The first guy messed up…. That is true. I hired you to fix my machine and you made it worse and will not come fix what you broke. My machine now leaks after you left. It was not before. It vibrates more now. The hose behind my dryer was not broken before you came and was after you left.

My experience was extremely good. They were prompt in getting in touch with me. After having to order a part witch took only two days they immediately set an appointment for the next day. The owner was very courteous . I will use them again if needed.
