I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope it helps others make an informed decision. I initially chose this electric company based on strong reviews and a solid first impression. Unfortunately, when it came time to address an issue with my Tesla Wall Charger installation, the follow-through was nonexistent.

After the install, I ran into a problem and reached out for support— I never received a single response. No call, no email, nothing.

To me, true quality isn’t just about doing a job right the first time—it’s about how a company responds when something goes wrong. That’s where character, professionalism, and customer service are truly tested. In this case, they failed on all counts.

I expected better communication, accountability, and at the very least, a basic level of responsiveness. Sadly, this company did not deliver.

Cheikh from Chams Electrical did an outstanding job installing our Tesla charger. Despite it being the weekend, he was responsive to texts and calls, and quickly set up an appointment for early Monday morning.

He arrived on time, performed a fast installation, and stayed to ensure everything was working perfectly. The marks on the wall are from our bikes being hung up—Cheikh did a very clean job with the installation itself. He was a pleasure to work with, providing clear, honest pricing and demonstrating real expertise.

The process was easy on our end—I just had to share the garage layout, breaker location, and house age. With our home being newly built in 2023 and the breaker close by, the installation cost $500 plus taxes. If the breaker is further away or the home is older, the cost may vary, so it’s tailored to each situation.

I highly recommend Cheikh for any electrical work! We’ll definitely reach out to him again for future projects.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!

We had a Tesla Wall Charger installed today. Our panel is on the far side of the house, so I knew this would be a challenging project. Luckily, the experts at Chams were very knowledgeable and were able to give me a detailed description of how it would be accomplished. They were able to provide an accurate estimate through their online platform, through which you send them images of your panel and the intended location for the charger.

On the day of installation, the team arrived early and did a fantastic job. As you can see in the photos, it was a very professional installation and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Now I just need to wait for my Tesla to arrive!

The timeline from initial phone call to completed installation was well under a week! Can’t possibly recommend this company enough. Their reputation is well-deserved!

I was referred to Chaick with Chams Electrical by a colleague and he did an amazing job installing my Tesla wall charger. He was respectful, punctual and very knowledgeable. He helped to select the right location for the mounted charger that made the most logical snd economical sense for me. His helper was very courteous as well. I had an additional request to replace the outlet on the ceiling where my garage door was plugged in since my garage door hasn’t worked in 2 years. The garage guys thought for sure it was the outlet, but he showed me that it was functional and there was no need to replace it. He went above and beyond and ended up fixing the door issue (hey Chaick! Now you can start a side hustle fixing garage doors lol). We are very thrilled with quality work this team did and would definitely recommend them!
