Second time using Sam's, the first was at their Clear Lake location. Process is pain free, great communication via text and phone. Cleaners were on time (a bit early even) and got right to work. Definitely takes one thing off to list of worries when moving! Would recommend!

I called to ask for information about services. The rude asian person who answered the phone was unprofessional saying "can you talk fast and hurry up saying what do you want?" "im busy." I believe he shouldn't be answering the phone in the first place if he doesn't have the time to listen to customers about their needs. The worst!!!! I didn't try their services, and thanks to that, i will never do it. I was calling for a 5k plus job for a warehouse cleaning in sugarland.

Theiu and his crew were patient with my elderly parents and helped them clean out their house with empathy and professionalism. Their crew did a great job deep cleaning as well as organizing their closets.

I needed a move out deep clean for the rental and found Sam’s cleaning through a referral. Thieu and the cleaning crew are exceptional. They got the place clean spotless in places I have never thought of. I also got carpet steaming service from them for a very affordable price and good quality. Highly recommend them and will continue to support their business.

I am a real estate agent and I use this company for all of my listings pre and post listing as well as for my own home. They always do an excellent job, my clients have never had a single complaint. I have used them for minor cleaning, hoarder homes, deep cleans, move-in move-out cleans and for clients who needed items hauled away. No job is ever too big or small. For a couple of years now, I've had cleaning services for my home and office. They're always on time, and their cleaners do an excellent job. They also offer a junk removal service.

This cleaning service was gifted to us by a friend, and overall the cleaning itself was acceptable. There were just a couple of small areas missed, like the vents and the top of the fridge, but nothing major. Based on the cleaning alone, I would have given 4 or even 5 stars.

However, after the service, I discovered that a $50 Amazon gift card—received at our baby shower and kept in the same spot for weeks—was missing. The only time it could have gone missing was during the cleaning, as the workers were the last people in our home before we noticed it was gone.

I brought this concern to the owner, but unfortunately, there was no resolution—only denial because of the trust she had in her worker’s word after asking them about it. While I understand that situations like this can be difficult, but the lack of accountability was disappointing.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but the absence of any attempt to make things right doesn’t sit well with me.
