To make matters worse, he demanded payment of $880, which was not previously discussed, and threatened to cut open the pipe again if we didn't pay. We ended up paying him $600 for the broken water pipe, but not before he created a huge hole in our dry wall. The total cost turned out to be significantly higher than we anticipated. I would strongly advise against using his services.
