This contractor, represents by Mr. Enrique Gonzales, has completed replacing my roof in a timely manner with great workmanship...Everything is Ok from start the inspection to complete installation the roof. Enrique dedicates himself to be a great access for Platinum Construction company...

After Hurricane Harvey, it was difficult to find someone to stop by to tarp the portion of my roof that was damaged. Someone at work recommended Gilbert. From the onset, Gilbert was pleasant, polite, and professional. Because of insurance issues, it took many months to replace my roof, but Gilbert was persistent and periodically followed up via texts or emails, until my roof was replaced. Along the way, I spoke with Gilbert many times and no matter how many questions I had, he always made time to answer my questions by text, email, or in person.

The roof and other interior work that was done was excellent. But more importantly, Gilbert made me feel that my opinions mattered, and he listened well. Thank you, Gilbert!

Excellent service! Finished the patch job on our parking lot at Northwest Indoor Soccer in 3 days. Also put in some awesome sidewalks. Very pleased with the job they did! They stay in constant communication with updates on the work. Would 100% recommend them.

We used Platinum Construction Solutions to do sheet rock replacement/repairs after Harvey and another time since dor gutter installation. Gilbert is very conscientious of listening to your needs and making sure the job is done correctly & professionally. We will definitely use them again when we do more updating to our home!

Gilbert and Miguel came out after Hurricane Harvey to inspect our fence. They were early for our appointment and extremely professional. The crew replaced our fence in just a few hours, cleaned up any debris and hauled all of the old pickets away. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Platinum Construction. All of my neighbors wanted inspections from them!

Miguel is a great project manager and took care of everything with my roof, gate, gutters and door replacement. He was very attentive and kept lines of communication with me. Thank you so much for your attention to detail since I had such a busy schedule we worked well together and he got everything taken care of. I will def use them if I ever need any other work done.

David with Platinum Construction was very personable and dependable . He was there when he said he was going to be and worked with the insurance company for us where we didn’t have to. As a matter of a fact his crew replaced two roofs for us and we very straight forward on what needed to be done. I feel we have built a lasting relationship and they also replaced our gutters for us ! Definitely top star in our books !!!!

After we purchased our new home, we wanted to have the interior painted. We decided to purchase the paint that we wanted on our own and simply find a company to come and paint for us. Miguel and his crew were quick to respond after requesting a quote, and did a fantastic job. After the job was completed, we did a walkthrough and they touched up any little area that was requested without any problems. Completely satisfied with the job done as well as the pricing. I am glad to help a local small business and look to do so again in the future.

Platinum Construction provided us with excellent service from beginning to the end! After Hurricane Harvey hit us, we were left turned upside down. Gilbert Martinez showed up and explained how everything would go. I only had to deal with one person throughout the entire process. Gilbert was there when the insurance adjuster came, he was there when the work got started and was there when the work was done. I hate dealing with insurance companies, so when Platinum caught a mistake that the insurance company made, which could have cost me a lot of money, they fought for me and proved the mistake was that of the insurance company... I got another check in the mail! Gilbert lined up all the projects that I needed done on my schedule, not theirs.. when I had to put the project off for a while, due to work, it wasn’t an issue. All of Platinum’s employees were nice, professional and never left a mess! The end was result was beautiful! I receive so many compliments on their work! I definitely recommend Platinum Construction Solutions to anyone needing work done to their home.

Platinum did a fantastic job on my roof! Andrew came out there the same day to check out the damage I had! Andrew made the process with the insurance company so smooth and easy. I had never made a claim before so I didn’t know what to do, but he was there every step to make sure I was taken care of correctly and fairly! I would highly recommend working with Andrew and the team at Platinum!

I searched and met with numerous roofing contractors, but finally, met with Gilbert from Platinum Construction. So glad I made the decision to hire them for my roof and siding, etc. Gilbert was there every step of the way, making sure things went smoothly, even doing some of the work himself. A truly honest guy. Stephanie, in their office, was also an enormous help in the insurance process. Highly recommend them!

I was referred to this company and our contractor David was great! Super helpful, always following up. The biding crew was very professional. The workers did an amazing job on install and cleaned up so well!! Nothing left behind that shouldn’t be. Roof looks amazing! We highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

They met with my insurance adjuster and together they went over my roof damages and noted all the necessary repairs. When I was ready, they replaced my roof in a day and diligently cleaned up the mess from my yard and pool. I also used them to replace some fencing at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and courteous and nice to work with.

We had hail damage to our house in Del Rio. We had several contactors over to get quotes because we didn't know how the process worked. After meeting several roofers I can say Gilbert is the best out there. He's honest, thorough, and patient. We're military and had to be ready to sell our home 2-weeks after the storm, and he worked to get our roof done within that timeline. We had a new roof placed in 2017 and turns out they just layed their felt over the existing felt. They made sure everything was done correctly and were a great company to work with! Couldn't recommend them enough.

Miguel helped us get a new roof installed on our house in Katy. We interviewed 3 other roofers before selecting Miguel. They handled everything with the insurance and made it a seamless transaction for us. The new roof has been great! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof.

All the information about the roof repair and insurance were laid out in simple understandable terms. I was always able to contact David and he would respond in a quick and timely manner. The date was set, the workers came and finished on the time frame agreed upon. My guttering was replaced immediately after the roof was done. David has stopped by to check on us after the work was done. Thanks Platinum and David. I hope not to use them again....hail damage.....but if I need a roofing company, they are my choice.

I was selling my home and needed my roof replaced and contacted David for a bid. He got back to me in no time and at a very reasonable price. When it was time to do the job he worked with my insurance company and had his guys out the next morning. They got the job done quickly and the roof looked amazing. I’ll be contacting him to replace the roof on my new home as well. These guys have my business and I’ll refer them to anyone looking for roof repair.

Platinum Construction Solutions did a beautiful repair and remodel on my home in Sienna Plantation. We were struck by a Tornado during Harvey and sustained roof damage and damage from the rain. The morning after Miguel and Gilbert came to my rescue when the company I hired to tarp our roof didn't show. Their kindness during that time really showed what these men are made of--integrity, honesty, and hardworking are just a few words to describe their character and attitude towards work. Miguel was very helpful with navigating the insurance maze, and has a willingness to go beyond what is required to assure my satisfaction with his work. They don't answer phone calls and don't respond to anything and I don't think they're no longer in business cuz I have a roofs that you put on and I need a repair done

its doesn't exist its a scam!!!!!!!!!. I didn't see any equipment and they don't return calls if they know you are smart. my time and money wasted!! guy!! run for your life!!
