I’m very happy with the service. They were responsive, professional, and transparent with pricing—no hidden fees. The dead pine tree was removed efficiently, and the job was done beautifully.

They did a great job trimming the tree in my front yard. It had got out of hand. Pricing was reasonable and communication was clear. I would def use a John and his team again.

I reached out to Eddie's Tree Service through their website to request trimming for two oak trees. I received a response a couple of hours later, asking me to send pictures of the trees along with my address. I provided the requested information the next morning, and they promptly responded with a quote. I accepted the quote, and on the same day, the team came out to complete the job. They worked quickly and did an exceptional job with the clean-up afterwards. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

2022, I contacted John and he was very professional. The team got my 2 large trees trimmed in under 1 hour, cleaned up all the branches, and gave my yard a fresh new look. I will definitely call them next year/future for more work. Highly recommended.
2023, I asked John to remove a gigantic branch that you can seeel in my photos. He and his team again exceeded my expectations and did a tremendous job. Definitely recommend to everyone!

These guys came highly recommended by a neighbor, and seemed friendly on the phone. I sent pictures about my issue, and when they came out to price the job, left quote at my door for trimming service and not for main service we had needed. No problem, just called them back up to explain and they said they would be out later that Friday to give another exact quote. They never did come out or call again and it’s been 2 weeks. Bummer, cause I would have happily paid for the service.

DO NOT USE!!! Eddie is not a trustworthy person. I contracted with him to remove bamboo and he did the worst possible job. Less than 50% of the roots were removed and the shoots were not sprayed. The bamboo immediately recovered and I called Eddie to make good. He committed on 6 separate occasions to come around yet failed each time to turn up. He wasted my time on each occasion

All I can say is get EVERY little thing in writing including equipment used to remove tree limbs from yard as well as repairs to any damage to yard and/or sprinkler system. This goes for any tree service company.

We used Eddie's Tree Service to remove four palm trees (including stump grinding) from our yard. They came recommended and we went with them even though their quote was the highest of four companies. We asked them to cut the trees at a time when we would be home, but they said they didn't work Saturdays. After they were done and we returned home from work, two stumps were quite visibly left in the ground. We called them back and they got very aggressive on the phone, saying that was the best they could do. We insisted they come back out so we could show them the issue and have them do a better job. They came and spoke rudely, telling us the exposed roots of another tree would get damaged. We asked them to grind the stumps carefully away from the roots. They were clearly frustrated at being told their work was not satisfactory, and handled their equipment hurriedly and roughly to grind the stumps further. As a result, on one stump they cut the pine tree roots. Throughout, they maintained a hostile attitude. We do not recommend them because of their total inability to talk in a polite and friendly manner to customers to resolve any issues.
