Swan contacted me about my arduous experience created by nefarious salesman. Mr John Starkey brought a team of master electricians that made good on the job contracted. Mr Starkey, a manager for Swan brought me a gift card for spoiled groceries and informed me salesman has been
Terminated. In order to establish good will, Mr Starkey has informed company wants to maintain their reputation and I will not be charged the $14,000 originally quote by salesman who created the chaos. Thank you, Mr Starkey for your attention to the this matter. And, as a side note your electrician, Andres deserves special recognition for his knowledge, skill and professionalism as an electrician. Excellent fast service! I'm very pleased with the techs and their knowledge and profession manner. They fixed my leaks, installed my new faucet, unclogged my garbage disposal and installed my dishwasher quickly and correctly!

I have been very happy with all the services that Swan offers, today it was the AC unit and Ben Williams was the greates even went far beyond by going to Home Depot to pick up a new special filter for my unit, he is so knowledgable and very patient explaining how everything works and what he needed to do to make it work more effeciently. I'm on their maintenance program when they come out 4 times a year to clean and maintain the unit which is great for me as I'm senior citizen. I would highly recommend Swan for all of your needs.
