I haven't had a chance to work with them yet but I think the hours need to be updated. I called at around 4:10 and I was told by their answering service that they close at 4pm

Update- I have had them come out a few times now and they are always very informative and helpful.

i dont know much about the units at the house but when i asked what was wrong, he was very kind and explained it to me. made sense too! He was on time, quick, and very nice. Thank You!

Kenny Lea arrived at the appointed time to look at our RUUD A/C. The outside unit would periodically run quite loudly and wouldn't cool. First thing he asked was what thermostat we were using. Finding out what type he explained that it was the thermostat. Kenny explained what it was doing, why it did it and how to fix it. We followed his instructions and the problem was eliminated.
Stating that he didn't do any work Kenny Lea didn't charge us for the call out.
We are very please with Frankum A/C and will recommend them to our friends and family.

FrankumA/C and Heating are friendly people and always come when I call. They diagnose the problem and repair it fast and at a reasonable rate. They are the only company I call. Have been using them for two years now.

Devin show back up today after receiving the proper fan motor installed it clean the coals and even brought a new air filter to put on the unit. We’re in business 100%. Thank you for going above and beyond Frankum AC hooking us up with a temporary fan motor was certainly appreciated!!!!!

This local company I give a 5-star service rating. Had furnace mower burn they repaired quick & professional. A/C crashed and repaired quick, Tech Kenny is the guy you want! They will get all our business an we will tell everyone!

Wow factor is off the charts. I used Harold D.. He told me what he was doing and why. The level of care , service and personal attention is fabulous! I made sure to lock in a maintenance agreement. This type of personal , friendly, service is rare.!
