Had a gas line leak. Joe came, repairs done in one afternoon. Plenty of help for fast professional results. Fairly priced.

These professionals are wonderful. Not only do they show up early, help try to educate you on any and every question you have along the process, but they also have a sense of humor they can match anyone on. Professional plus entertainment!

I can't say what kinda work they do because they never showed up. I called on a Friday made appointment for Monday and they didn't even call until Tuesday. No call, No show, NO MONEY.

Had a minor emergency on a weekend. They came pretty quick and fixed it. Second time using them and have loved their service.

Came out and changed a fitting on a showerhead. Guy was there an hour and when I asked how much he said $280. I said that seamed high for an hourly rate (most are $90/hr) he said that they don't charge hourly they just charge from a job book which he didn't have - so he made up a number. Should have not trusted them. Think I got scammed.

These guys showed up way ahead of schedule, were very very professional, saw the problem, fixed the problem, and even thanked me for exposing the pipe for them beforehand. They were in and out in 40 minutes and were reasonably priced. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Paid $186 to clear out the main clean out. Was there for 5 minutes and said it was done. Two days later clogged. Rented a drain cleaner from Lowes and pulled out a bunch of roots. Ended up needing a 100 ft drain cleaner because one of the clogs was way down the line. Only rented a 50 ft. Roto-Rooter took care of the problem. Very surprised the technician did not run the drain cleaner both ways. Into the house and down toward the city line. They would have easily found all the roots.

Joes Plumbing was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had 2 previous plumbers through my home warranty and they were horrible! I finally decided to go out of pocket with Joe’s Plumbing. I was able to get a consult with him that same week and the job was complete in a 2 days! I had pictures of everything that he did (before and after). He also gave me tips on how to keep my plumbing functioning properly. I highly recommend him!

Where do I begin? Let's summarize, after attempting to obtain legit plumbing services from another company, being charged almost $800 for quotes and tests, the other company failed to provide even a picture or video of the alleged leaks it found. I decided to contact Joe's Plumbing. From day 1, he was very transparent with all the steps and explained all in detail. He was able to find the leaks under the house after my 81 yr old mother fixed her foundation. He worked diligently for almost 3 weeks and finally was able to complete the job. At all times he was communicating with me and the process was smooth and painless. Joe has our business 100% from here on. Very hard working, reliable, honest and a true great human being.

Do not use them, they came to unclog my washer drain for over 200$ but it kept having issues after they left and they came again and still didn’t not fix the problem and they wanted to charge another 200$ long story short I fixed it myself and they wouldn’t even get me a partial refund for something I had to fix myself. Plus their techs lied about a service they supposedly did. Would not recommend!
