We had a really great experience with Plumbing Outfitters. Lauren took my call and was so friendly and helpful. She got me on the schedule as soon as she could. We had a serious leak outside by our meter. Kyle was the technician who came out and analyzed the problem and gave me several options for addressing the issue. We decided on the plan and he worked to order parts and arrange equipment needed so we could have our job completed the same day. He then advised the techs who were coming out to complete the work. Jorge arrived and went to work and was joined by Coy. They completed the work successfully and showed me what was done before it was covered up. The whole team I found to be pleasant, professional and they got the problem solved just as they described. We will definitely call again when we have a plumbing need. Thanks for a great job!!

Melvin is the real MVP!!! Recently, Melvin with Plumbing Outfitters came to our home to address an issue we were experiencing with the drain in our master shower. A different plumber had come out previously but was unable to solve the problem. With Melvin’s experience and expertise, he was able to identify the source of the problem and come up with a solution.

I can’t say enough good things about Melvin. He arrived on time, was courteous, respectful and professional from start to finish. He was patient, identified the issue the previous plumber overlooked and even stayed late to ensure the job was done right the first time. He went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations.

I want to sincerely thank Melvin and the entire team at Plumbing Outfitters. They provide excellent customer service along with honest and fair pricing. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Living away from the Austin area, I didn’t know who to contact for an emergency plumbing situation at my mom’s house in Austin. Somewhat by chance I found Plumbing Outfitters. And I am so glad I did.

Within a short time of speaking with their customer service, I had an appointment for the following day. Their plumbing technician, Warren Stroud, was in communication with me as to his expected arrival time, to the detailed plumbing diagnosis, and to the completion of the job. Due to his knowledge and care, I will definitely ask for him for any future plumbing needs.

Great experience with Plumbing Outfitters out of Taylor. Matt and Seth did an outstanding job removing our old water heater and water softeners and replacing both in very tight quarters in our garage. They were prompt, polite and worked efficiently to do both installs the same day as we placed our call for service. Highly recommend!

Jess and Matt just left my place after arriving on time and taking just about exactly as long as they said. While they were here, they were courteous and wore booties while in the house over their work boots. My problem turned out to be a lot smaller than I had anticipated and they charged a fair price for their time and expertise. I was referred to them by W.B. Arthur Restoration.

Had a real good experience with Plumbing Outfitters. I had an estimate for installing a water softener loop in my garage. Ryan and his crew did an amazing job! They were very professional, knowledgeable and the work was of excellent quality for the price! I would defiantly use them again for any plumbing work and would recommend to family and friends.

Honest and competitively priced! We had to replace the main line on our 1930's home and it was a pretty big job! We took several bids and Plumbing Outfitters were not only one of the better bids - the were professional, not pushy, personable and just made us feel the most comfortable about the company. They did a great job and kept us informed the whole time (the job took several days). The didn't try to "upsell" us on anything, but made sure we were aware of any issues that might come up in the future. We've already had them out again to do some work on a rental property and will definitely use them again!

Jess and Matt came out to my place after I had had multiple plumbers come out and only estimate, half-start work or have estimate accepted and, for some other reason, not finish the work. In less than an hour, they had given me a great price for the estimate and started work on a fix immediately. No delays, no reschedules, just immediately getting the job done. Very easy to get along with, professional, and they do great work. Give 'em a call!

Plumbing outfitters is an awesome company. This is the second time I am using their service for a different issue. Technicians Kyle Leeper & John are very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for taking care of water heater issue. They not only resolved the issue but also did additional checks to make sure everything works fine. The price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend Kyle & John. When you call Plumbing outfitters, definitely ask for them.

So out of nowhere my toilet stopped flushing. Jorge Reyes from Plumbing outfitters came out next day. Apparently the chain was caught and n the flush rod. Since it was an easy fix Jorge did not charge us. Which we really appreciate it. We will be using these guys for future works.

Absolutely great service! I called to get my kitchen sink pipe fixed and they had someone out the same day. Noah was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me multiple options and feedback on what needed to get repaired. He did a great job and the job was done faster than I expected.
