Jorge Reyes came and fixed my garden pipe leaks. They did what at least needed and the cost was extremely expensive. They even left by damaging my garden hose head! I don’t recommend them! I would have done it myself, but I wasn’t sure if I need to cut my internal wall to see source of the pipe. Now, they left me some more works to get done! If this is normal in the US, I am not sure how lower middle class folks can afford to get anything fixed if a single garden hose leakage that took them to repair within an hour costs so much.

We had a really great experience with Plumbing Outfitters. Lauren took my call and was so friendly and helpful. She got me on the schedule as soon as she could. We had a serious leak outside by our meter. Kyle was the technician who came out and analyzed the problem and gave me several options for addressing the issue. We decided on the plan and he worked to order parts and arrange equipment needed so we could have our job completed the same day. He then advised the techs who were coming out to complete the work. Jorge arrived and went to work and was joined by Coy. They completed the work successfully and showed me what was done before it was covered up. The whole team I found to be pleasant, professional and they got the problem solved just as they described. We will definitely call again when we have a plumbing need. Thanks for a great job!!
