I normally would not post a negative comment because maybe an employee is “having a bad day” & the comments could cause a permanent effect with their job status. However, when the entire office staff is telling you your warranty “expired on August 18th, 2023 & your house is a brand new construction & you didn’t close on the house until Nov. 30th, 2022, that should raise a questionable flag. I checked with Altura Homes, & my AC unit is under warranty for at least 1 year or possibly 2yrs. So, for the employee that told me to have a “nice day” & hung up on me, & another who “still” tried to push the expired warranty talk, & last the one who admitted…there was “a documentation” error & wouldn’t offer an apology, a simple maintenance check is all we needed. And, for the tech who came out, Thank You, glad the vibration, fan noise, & “gurgling” drainage noise in our bathroom sink, was addressed. But, your attitude didn’t show any concern for what we experienced & you made us feel like we “wasted your time.”

Great service and friendly staff. We have been using them for several years now and have always had a good experience with them. They respond quickly, are very knowledgable and get the job done right. I highly recommend them.

My ac went out about 9pm Saturday. I called to leave a message. And nathan call me back with 15 minutes and he was out to dinner with his family. And then he came out on a Sunday and with a back up ac just to help tell Monday. Not a lot of ac companies will go out of their way to help like he did on his time and money. And the final work and cost on my ac was great. Thanks you all.
