My wife stopped by to pick up a commode handle to replace a broken one and the staff was extremely helpful and had her out the door in minutes. I’ve had this same experience the times I’ve needed help. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. We’re blessed to have them in Terrell.

I recently contacted this plumbing store and had a very poor experience with a representative named Jack. I kindly asked for two things: first, to speak with someone who could assist us in Spanish—he was unable to help, which was understandable. But when we then asked if he could use Google Translate to read a short message we had sent via email, he told us he didn’t have time to open a browser and copy/paste the text.

What could have been a simple transaction worth a few thousand dollars was lost due to Jack’s unwillingness to make even a minimal effort. He told us he had other customers and showed no interest in helping or following up. There was no offer to call back or get someone else to assist—just a clear lack of care or professionalism.

Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this experience made it clear that our business was not valued here.

Called them this morning about a drain line that was backed up. Kalen showed up early and went straight to work. He was very courteous, walked me through every step of what he was doing and what needed to be done. He even talked me out of something we were talking about saying it would be a waste of money. Being new to the area and rural living, it's nice to meet an honest, hardworking individual such as him. I think we found our "go-to" plumbers.

I had a leak in the front yard. I called Pace Plumbing for help. Kalen came out found the leak and repaired it quickly. I could not believe how honest and efficient he is. He is a man of character and is HONEST. I will use no other plumber ever again!

Kalen came out to my house to hook up a hot water heater and fix the kitchen sink drain. He thought it was going to be a quick fix but it was a lot more work. He never complained or got upset just kept working to get the drain unclogged. When I got the bill it was extremely fair. It is so hard to find great companies in our society and Pace is just this always willing and able.

Kalen is my "go to guy" when I have any plumbing issues. I've been doing business with him since I moved here 3 yrs ago. He's fixed a couple broken pipes & installed my kitchen faucet. I was so lucky in finding him. Being a single woman it's a comfort knowing I have a plumber who is honest, reliable & reasonably priced.
