OnTrac Construction was great and very hard working. They arrive early at 8:00 am and finish after 6:00 pm to keep the project moving forward, they stayed late on Friday afternoon to finish the job and kept everything clean, great work ethic.

We provided our details at Floor and Decor for wood panels with LED lighting installation for our new home. Daniel came and took measurements, and we informed him that we needed the installation ready within two weeks, as the entire job could be completed in a week. He said he would send me the quote every time I called, but he never did. I followed up by texting him, and he always responded saying he would send it soon. After a week, he stopped responding to our calls and messages altogether. I wish he had been upfront with us instead of wasting a whole week of our time. I'm not sure if he wasn't interested in the job or if there was some other issue, but I felt his behavior was highly unprofessional.

OnTrac construction recently helped us update our kitchen, living room and master bath. Daniel and his team were excellent and detailed oriented ,they wear on time and did superb quality work. My wife and I are very pleased. We recommend him highly.

Daniel and his team were once again excellent. They have almost become our sole remodeling contractors and we will for sure be using them again in the future! On-Trac Construction recently installed wood flooring in our home and also installed a beautiful master shower. I had so many headaches with the last construction company that I hired but not with On-Trac Construction. Daniel and his team are very detailed oriented and do an amazing job. Arturo works for Daniel and he is very creative and skilled and leads his team to great results for the customer. If you are looking for an honest company that takes pride in their work contact Daniel. Daniel took the extra time to meet us at Floor Decor and pick out the products that we needed to complete the project and this was a huge help to us as we had no clue what to purchase. My husband I are very pleased with their quality of work and will definitely be hiring On-Trac Construction again for future projects.

After moving into my new home my master bath was in desperate need of a major renovation . OnTrac was recommended to me and after calling them I received an immediate response from Daniel, who came out the next day to review scope of project and give me a quote . He and his team were professional and on time every day- amazing customer service !

Daniel just completed renovation on my master bathroom, it took a little longer and expected due to Christmas and new year as well as the ice storm, but it was all forgotten because they did an amazing job. Unusual but actually had a guy help me with the kitchen faucets

Asked for vinyl tubing, they said they didn't sell it. I then found it and showed the person I asked where it was in case somebody else asked for it. He couldn't care less.

They worked me over on installing an engineered wood floor. After they ripped up my carpet they told me the floor wasn't level and they had to level it for an exra $500 - would not continue working unless I agreed. We compromised at $250, but that was extremely high handed.

Waited for more than 20 minutes for someone to help me with a toilet purchase. Was told I would receive a call in 48 hours to set up installation. 48 hours later, no call. Back to Customer Service who brushed it off and said someone would call me in the morning. Six days later I received a call to set up the installation (thank goodness I have more than one toilet in the house). Asked for a Saturday install, that will be 5 weeks away!! Said they would be there on Friday and confirm on Thursday. Now late Thursday and no call. Getting tired to carrying this toilet around in the back seat of my car waiting to hear from them.

Rushed in to grab a vanity right before closing. The store did a great job pulling everything I needed and Jeremy & Noah got me loaded with 8 min to spare. Thanks guys.

I hired North Dallas flooring because they came highly recommended and the reviews were stellar. So I wasn't too worried to begin with. The owner Ivan met with us very quickly, he measured our house and helped us find some very nice flooring options. We are so pleased with our new floor. It looks amazing! They did a great job and they did it really quickly. There was a lot of attention to detail and no sacrifice of quality I'm so glad I went with somebody local instead of one of those big Box Store options. Great experience.
