Didn't use their services. But told me they would charge a 125 service fee just to quote adding a generator plug and some power receptacles. Lady on the phone was nice though.

They were on time, courteous, put down a drop cloth so the carpet didn't get dirty. They cleaned up inside and out when they were finished and went over all the components with me(the ones that were not in the attic). They were fantastic!I recommend them highly.

I needed an electrician to come out so I called higgins.. they made me an appointment for Monday between 8-11am, around 1130 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and was told technician was running behind and would be giving me a call by 12 to let me know an eta, 3 pm rolls around and I still hadn't heard anything so again I call and am told they need to reschedule for Tuesday between 8-11am. I agreed. Now it's 1130 Tuesday and I call because again I haven't heard anything, only to be told that they text the electrician because he isn't answering. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame they already got a $149 payment from me, guess it's a lesson learned.
