They were on time, courteous, put down a drop cloth so the carpet didn't get dirty. They cleaned up inside and out when they were finished and went over all the components with me(the ones that were not in the attic). They were fantastic!I recommend them highly.

Higgins Electrical is a great electrical repair company. I called them about a small repair at my shop and they were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and the work was awesome. I would highly recommend Higgins Electrical to anyone.

Higgins Electrical came out and gave me a reasonable price for work in my townhome. They didn't try to sell me more than what I asked for. Their payment plan of 50% down and the remainder at completion worked out for my budget. Cant say enough about this company!

George was wonderful to work with! He was very professional and took his time to figure out a solution to our electrical issue. I am so glad we found Terrell to help us out during this odd time in the world. He wore a mask and was very conscious of being socially distant during the COVID pandemic. I would definitely call Higgins Electrical again!

Although I didn’t ask for it, the Higgins Electrical customer service realized the urgency of our situation and prioritized is for first thing in the morning. The electrician arrived early within the appointment window and gave multiple options on breaker service, all of which were well explained and reasonable. Am very satisfied.

Ryan provided excellent service! He was very professional, friendly and informative. He diagnosed my electrical problem and provided me with possible solutions. I would definitely use Higgins Electrical again for my residential electrical work.

We were caught in a pinch with a home inspection and Higgins Electrical was able to send someone out right away, and our electrician Bruce even showed up 15 minutes early. Fantastic service. They go through all of their costs up front before doing anything - no surprises. Extremely satisfied with how professional the work was, any mess made was cleaned up and you'd never know they were there. We plan on using Higgins Electrical for future work.

Didn't use their services. But told me they would charge a 125 service fee just to quote adding a generator plug and some power receptacles. Lady on the phone was nice though.

I needed an electrician to come out so I called higgins.. they made me an appointment for Monday between 8-11am, around 1130 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and was told technician was running behind and would be giving me a call by 12 to let me know an eta, 3 pm rolls around and I still hadn't heard anything so again I call and am told they need to reschedule for Tuesday between 8-11am. I agreed. Now it's 1130 Tuesday and I call because again I haven't heard anything, only to be told that they text the electrician because he isn't answering. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame they already got a $149 payment from me, guess it's a lesson learned.

Poor .. not sure the guys were certified electricians and no ID provided.. Had calls from Florida and Chicago requesting a $99 service fee. I said I would go their office at 8505 Technology Forest, The Woodlands to discuss but was informed nobody was there. All very odd as I thought I was dealing with a local company but that is clearly not the case.

Do NOT use Higgins Electrical The Woodlands!!! Asked for service fee up front. “Randy” came out after the recent freeze to replace a switch box on our pool equipment. He guaranteed all was working. Well, it wasn’t. After multiple texts and phone calls directly to him and to Higgins Electrical for a month, all I get is “I only make appointments. We will let management know”. They send out independent techs who probably are not licensed. This outfit is a scam. I lost $450.
