I recommend these guys!!! I very rarely review but these guys gave great service for a fair price. Honestly they probably spent a lot more time on the job than they planned and my family really appreciates it.
When my system went down I called my home warranty company. There service providers were scam artist they wanted to up charge me for everything. It was more affordable to go with twins and they got the parts needed not more not less and had the job done right away. We ended up having issues with our other unit at the same time they spent extra time troubleshooting just to try and help out. Tried a simple fix but it needed more. They fit that repair into their busy schedule and we are now back to normal for less than alot of others charged. if you want a good honest value try these guys out for sure

We had a 5 ton air conditioner and gas heater replaced. They were able to do the job quickly. They did a nice job on the install. But we noticed that the fan on the heater was running continuously. I advised them of the situation. We even removed the thermostat and the fan still kept running so it must be something with the unit itself. I’ve called them several times to no avail. I asking them if there is anything we could do to remedy the situation. Have yet to receive a return call. After installation care is also part of the job.
