Have had issues with the heat strips not coming on while unit is in emergency heat, air would fell like the a/c was on not heat. David came out found a problem, fixed it and now the air is warm/hot and not chilling and cycling every on every 15 seconds after shutting off and running for an extended time. Checked outside unit found dirt build up and washed off to get better results on tests. Unit is 25+ plus years old. Needs to be replaced but who can afford that in times like this.

Nortex Home Services provided outstanding maintenance service on our HVAC this morning. David let us know when he was on his way, and arrived on time. He clearly communicated what he would be doing and continued to keep us updated throughout his work. When he discovered a part that needed to be replaced he explained clearly why, and then asked if we’d like him to do that today (I appreciate being given the option). Nortex Home Services is the real deal!

David Eidsvoog came out same day when our AC stopped working, and it turned out we needed a full replacement. He walked me through every option without pressure and gave us a better price than other companies in the area.

While we waited just a couple of days for the new unit, he even bought a portable AC unit just to keep us from melting in this Texas heat—I’ve never had another company care that much.

David is honest, Johnny-on-the-spot, and goes above and beyond for his customers. He lives in Tolar and serves Granbury and all of Hood County, and I couldn’t recommend Nortex Home Services more.
