If I could give zero stars I would. I have not been impressed with this company and cannot recommend. We have a new build and it needed complete landscaping. We went back and forth many times on the sprinkler design which did not account for slope. We will be replacing it within the next couple of years. Sod placed was full of weeds and we are making up for that this spring. One of our mountain laurels died twice. The first time due to his workers not programming the sprinkler system correctly. It drowned the plant. Replaced with the same thing and is now also dead. He says he only does one replacement, even though the first was due to his mistake. He didn’t offer any apology, didn’t offer to come look at the plant. Just here’s my contract, I’m done, have a nice day. Horrible customer service. If you want hasty design and someone who is could at plopping plants in a hole, you’ll be fine. If you want someone who knows plants, takes pride in their work and cares for their customers, this isn’t it.

ProScapes did a nice job of installing our lawn and landscaping. However, they did not plan for or install our sprinkler system valves according to state code. This left the main valve system in the middle of the lawn. When they brought those up to code, it brought the valves 1 ft. above ground level and they placed a fake rock over the valves leaving a now large obstacle to mow around. They offered to move the valves 6 ft. into the nearest planter at our expense of $600.00!

Quick Service on a sprinkler repair. I had to leave for a short while and everything was completed by the time I returned. I highly recommend them.

Chad’s pro scapes has been doing my mothers yard for sometime now. I recently had installed some new solar lights behind our home down by the lake. I took half of them up and left some others up. They came and did their job not only did they break one light the edging job was below par for professional lawn care leaving high spots and not getting in corners or under benches. I called and spoke to the owner Chad. He said he would make it right as they were scheduled to do my Hedges the next following week....we worked out a deal. They never showed up halfway into the next following week week I called them and left a message saying don’t bother showing up again and send us our last bill and I have another company lined up. A day later they decided to show up late in the afternoon when no one was at home and mow and trim my mothers lawn totally destroying five more of my lights. One I could not even find because it was beside the lake I’m sure it ended up in the lake. Very unprofessional and not good leadership. Thier actions speak loud.....Don’t complain about thier sub par work or they will destroy more of your property even after you told them don’t come back.

They did an awesome job with our landscaping. We have used them several times including regular lawn maintenance. We are very satisfied customers.

I only have a minute but could take so much more time sharing with you how impressed I was with the young man you sent to tackle what ended up being a HUGE job. I have been so focused on the front landscape of our home that I had failed to notice the condition of our lakeside area. I can't say enough about the young man...he was thoughtful and worked so hard at returning the lakeside to a presentable state. He is a keeper for sure and so deserves these remarks....correction..glowing remarks!! Thank you ever so much!

Chad laid sods in our backyard that was full of weed and mushrooms. When we told him about the issue, he ignored us and never offered to make it right. We spent so much money on Lawn Doctor to fix the weed issue, and after several visits, they still couldn’t fix it completely because the sod was just FULL of weed, so we had to replace the sod at our own cost, spent extra money because Chad never acknowledged his mistake to make it right.

Also, this cost us a lot in watering/water bills. We’ll never hire Chad again, and we’re making sure our neighbors are aware of what he did to us.

Chads Pro Scapes does a great job, mowing, edging and cleaning after completed job. The crew works fast and steady, and they have great prices.
I am very pleased with their service and highly reccommend them.

These guys seem to be good at what they do but what gets to me the most and more in likely won't have them back out at my ranch is the fact that I have provided several places to put the trash from the construction and their lunches in even marked them in English and in Spanish but yet I still pick up trash everyday blowing around my property, what else more can I do I e talked to them several times about it and still no improvement on the amount of trash they just throw down right by the trash cans I have provided I don't understand the means of all that.

Mark Winters Plumbing!! I FINALLY found a plumbing company that has integrity and a super staff! I had a pipe burst and needed a plumber fast. I haven’t had the best luck with the other plumbers in town, but Eric was top notch. He and his associate repaired the leaking pipe and changed out the calcified faucet. I was so impressed I asked him to look at why my dishwasher wouldn’t drain all the way. Of course after having all of these repairs completed I was a little nervous about the charges.
Wow, can I just say that Mark Winters Plumbing was so reasonably priced that I wasn’t sure Eric put all of the services on the invoice! I’m so glad I called them! I will definitely call them… hopefully not soon, but I will only call Mark Winters Plumbing in Granbury.
