Contractor didn't listen to directions very well... Asked him to cut concrete to install the beam into the ground and concrete it in. Also asked him to leave beans 12" higher than the roof, didn't follow directions. Fence work went well, forgot to nail in a few boards, no biggie... Asked numerous times for additional quotes for other house work, he claims to have lost his paperwork, quotes took weeks to receive... Highly unorganized, would not recommend!!!

If you're looking for a company that follows through on communication and promises, keep looking. Spent hours of personal time traveling to their office and their preferred vendors to pick out materials to never hear from them again. No bid as promised, no follow up, no nothing.

edit: The best response in a situation like this is: Sorry we messed up - it was our mistake. It wasn't our intention.

Don't blame the client.

Absolutely disappointed. With such high reviews and friendly staff, what we ended up with was a disorganization disasterpiece. The Project Manager and his crew were given very specific directions on what we wanted, but it took weeks for them to finally start and still get half what we signed a contract for, the other half was just wrong. And we planned to hire them again for several more projects… but not any more.

They used the same excuse that they lost or couldn’t find the job specifics, so they couldn’t even begin the next projects we needed quotes on, because again, they took zero notes, and kept no file on us as clients. Even as they were actively working on projects for us!

I finally told them we would be going with another company after that… our entire experience was like a messed up children’s game of telephone, rather than working with professionals.

So no, I don’t recommend them, and will be looking for another company to finish the other several home projects we requested quotes on… but never got.

Don’t waste your time with them unless you have all the time in the world and don’t mind getting a finished job that didn’t meet what you were quoted.
