I would highly recommend this company. Mike was very honest and professional. He showed up on time and did a great job for us. The price was reasonable and he went extra mile to help me. My house looks like brand new!! I am very happy with the service.

Mark showed up when he said he was going to. Did an exterior low pressure clean on my house and was able to get all the red dirt staining off of the siding. He gave me a price and it did not change and there was no “well I had to use extra chemical blah blah blah”. Very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I have a wooden fence that was old, faded and ugly looking. I spoke to Mark about power washing and then staining it. He quoted me a very reasonable price and set a date for service. A few days earlier than expected, Mark called to see if I minded them coming earlier because weather had shifted his schedule. I agreed and they came that day. In a nutshell, they were able to power wash and stain the fence in a day and it looks fabulous. They are hard workers and very conscientious about doing a good job. I was extremely pleased with the results and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The construction on our street has been done for a few months so we wanted to get the dust/dirt/whatever cleaned off the roof/brick/windows/drive and walk.

So we are in the process of selling our home. After doing a bunch of work to get ready to list, our real estate agent recommended that we pressure wash our stone paver driveway, the wood ceilings over our patio, and travertine pool deck. I wasn’t excited about having to do more work....

I honestly never write reviews on companies but I couldn't not share the great experience that I had with Mark and Brett. They were very professional and thoroughly explained what services I needed and why. I'll be honest, I had no idea of the issues that we were having with our roof and how bad it was. My driveway and patio look restored as if it were the first day the house was built. Not only that but the soft wash they did on my roof will extend the life of the roof and because of the techniques they use it will not effect my warranty (I did a lot of research before actually hiring them). If I recommend anyone in the area it would definitely be them!

Mark came this morning and power washed our house and driveway, and I couldn’t be happier! It looks so much better. He was here on time, brought all the equipment, and the job was completed at the price quoted.

It took me awhile after communicating with Mark, to schedule the Cleaning. But I wished I hadn't. The Roof is less than 10yrs old and was becoming very moldy. Now it looks like new again and my driveway is the cleanest its ever been. It definitely helps with the Curb Appeal.
Mark is awesome, he will schedule asap and he let's you know when he's starts and completes along with some photos and comments.
I'll definitely call him again.

I met Mark with Pristine Clean from a friend. I’m thinking about selling my home but was concerned that my roof looked old compared to many neighbors who had theirs replaced. The owner Mark took direct care of the entire process. From the initial quote through the entire service. He power washed my house, roof and pool deck. All of the with was impeccable. Got a roof wash and driveway cleaning, made the house look brand new for a great price. Great communication aswell!

Mark did an amazing job cleaning our concrete drives and patterned concrete outdoor surfaces. He also washed the mold off the roof (looks like new!) and cleaned the gutters. Our stone fence pilasters had grown a healthy crop of mold on the sides. They look brand new as well. He also cleaned various things like pool chiller that he noticed needed a little attention. He cleaned the underside of the bead board outdoor patios ceilings and porches. All for a very reasonable price. His follow up on the few things that needed a touch up was also amazing. He provides a ton of value for a fair price and is a great communicator as well. I highly recommend him.
