Kleenbin USA has been incredibly accommodating to our needs, delivering outstanding customer service. They cleaned our bins thoroughly, leaving them sparkling clean!

I had another service at my old house, so glad I found KleenbinUSA. They are wonderful, great communication on inclement weather days. Oh and the cleaning is the best part. Everyone should call them setup service. They don’t disappoint.

We’ve used KleenbinUSA for the past 3 years ever since they were recommended to us by the previous owners of our house. They’ve done a phenomenal job each time and are very reasonably priced for the task at hand. The team is always on top of when trash and recycling gets picked up (hint: it doesn’t always get picked up on the city schedule). Both Donna and Gary are very communicative via text with reminders and updates. Sadly we’re moving and they don’t service the area we’re going to be in but if you’re in the city of Houston -we highly recommend 10/10 :)

Two examples of going above and beyond that stuck with me:
They lifted our heavy recycling bin with all the boxes in it out of the ditch and placed it back on the curb. They weren’t even there to clean the recycling bin that week since it hadn’t been emptied.
They ran by after our subscription ended to do a final clean for our buyers to start fresh on move-in.

Again, 10/10 recommend them! They’re great people doing great work!

Kleenbin rescued me from maggots! My husband was out of town and our trash bin had maggots. I REALLY did not want to deal with that so I searched for trash bin cleaning service and Kleenbin showed up. I had a quick conversation with Donna as this was my first time using a trash bin service. Gary and Donna came out so quickly once I paid for the service online. I’ve looked at so many other places and they have the most fair pricing. The previous owner of my house left an atrocious mess in the trash can. The smell was so bad just walking past the bin. After they cleaned it, it smelled wonderful and they got every nook and cranny clean. I can’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be using them again! I’m located near the heights (77007).

We couldn’t be more impressed with Kleenbin! Other trash bin cleaning services don’t service our neighborhood, but Kleenbin went out of their way to make sure our bin got cleaned. Even though our zip code wasn’t originally in their service area, they were super accommodating and made it happen. They were professional, let us know exactly when they were coming, sent before-and-after photos, and left our trash can the cleanest we’ve ever seen it.
