The bottom line with Envy Exteriors is passion. Justin has a passion for his work and it displays itself in every aspect of how he operates his business. From listening closely to our needs and concerns to giving amazing recommendations to some issues we had. Amazing customer service skills that is a very very rear thing to find nowadays. I will be using him in the future for any other exterior house work that I may have. He has been very reasonable with his pricing as well. I had a few other quotes for the job and his pricing is very competitive. Do your self a favor and use the best exterior renovation company in Houston TX. Finally his crew works very clean after each day they would ensure clean up as best as they could before leaving, and very respectful as well.

The process was seamless from my original vision to the design concept with 3D pictures of our entire design. It was great seeing it designed and being able to move things around and add a few touches before the job was started. Justin and Courtney Milne were awesome with helping us with the selection process! The site was clean and the workers were friendly, respectful and accommodating.

in 2024 we bought a older home that needed an extensive remodel, both inside and outside. We had worked with Justin and Envy Exterior in our previous home. There was no doubt we would go back to them for this new project. From start to finish, Justin and his team provided exceptional design advice, project completion and follow-up service. They are very responsive, professional and provide a level of detail that exceeded our expectations. Our outdoor kitchen space is just what we wanted and expected! We love the landscaping! Justin and the Envy Exteriors team were great to work with. From our very first interaction through completion of the project they were responsive and addressed questions quickly. We worked with them for both a landscape installation and patio extension with fireplace. He listened to what we were looking for and the design came to life once everything was complete. We would definitely recommend Envy Exteriors. Justin, Troy, and Jose were all very professional, helpful and accommodating to our needs. They drew up a beautiful design for our yard which was a complete overhaul including pool remodel, outdoor pergola, landscaping and lighting. They helped us select materials, added things along the way at our request, and all working within a fairly short timeline considering the scope of the project. Troy was amazing to work with and so helpful and patient in selecting materials-something that could have really taken a long time to figure out. He helped us narrow it down quickly and the result is beautiful. Jose was always on site, professional, and accommodating while overseeing the construction. The team's communication with us and each other was exceptional. Juggling the various parts of the project all flowed without a hitch. The only days anyone didn't show up was heavy rain days and even with that the project was completed in the time projected. This is really a one stop shop which was a blessing for us in that we were busy and hiring multiple contractors and managing all of that would have been too much on our plates. Having Envy do the entire project allowed everything to flow seamlessly with a stunning result. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Justin and his team.

Not came by to give an estimate on our landscaping but we never received any estimate. We sent 2 emails and a text and a voice mail asking when we should expect an estimate, but never received any response.

I previously used this company just to mow and weed my lawn and gardens. They were fine in 2016 the few times I used them, but in 2017 when I tried to get them out to mow and weed my lawn again they scheduled an appointment and never showed up. When I reached out to them to find out what happened and when they would be by to do my lawn they never responded and NEVER showed up to do my lawn. Like other reviewers have said they just disappeared. Very unprofessional.

Would highly recommend this service! I am in Pearland and they were so quick to give us an estimate and started immediately. Timely and professional. When they left all our wishes had been completed and they left our yard in pristine condition. Can’t say enough! Excellent quality.

It has been about 1 1/2 months since our initial appt with PLS Landscaping, they were supposed to let us see the live oak trees before they were planted and unfortunately we never heard from them again. I have made numerous attempts to contact them, but unfortunately I never received a response. This job was for my boss, I called several times in a row from our office phone number and my personal number...but no answer. However, after calling them from a phone number that wouldn't have my name or my boss's name on the caller ID...someone answered. The person I talked to said that they had forgotten about us but they would send pictures of the trees that day. Here we are two days later and still nothing. We were never rude, never pushy, but for whatever reason, they didn't want our business.

This is the second time I have used PLS and both times Noe and his team were amazing! Noe is prompt, professional and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend PLS.

PLS Landscaping exceeded my expectations. They helped me design the perfect front yard. Noe provided pictures of the plants and a blue print upfront. The pants and trees he planted are lush and healthy!

Noe and his crew did a great job. I am more then pleased with the outcome of my landscape. They also did some repairs to the irrigation system, for no extra charge. I will definitely use them again.
