My dog had an accident 💩 on my wool rug. I thought it was ruined but they were able to clean it and get all stains out, sanitize, and put a stain guard on it! I am so happy with the outcome!

We had 12 wool and Persian rugs cleaned by Great American Rug Cleaning Co. that had not been washed in decades! The rugs came back looking brand new! They even fixed a corner of a Persian rug without extra charge. Customer service was amazing! Alex and his team were very professional, friendly and detail oriented. They moved all our furniture very carefully and treated everything as if it was their own property. Communication was great, with updates on completion of cleaning, delivery time, etc. We highly recommend this company, and we will definitely use them again the next time we will clean our rugs.

From my call, to pickup and assessment then the time for it to be cleaned then delivered back to me it was SPECTACULAR!!!! When they unrolled it, it looked like a brand new rug but it was mine because I had a place of banding gone on one corner ;). They are amazing and you won’t go wrong here!! I had Great American Carpet Cleaning come and pick up my three rugs. They came when they said they would and returned them within their estimated timeframe. The rugs look great! One was a wool rug, one a silk rug, and one a polyester-type rug.

My rug looks beautiful after cleaning. The colors are more vivid as it was years ago. I am glad that there is a pad beneath the rug since we have new wall to wall carpet beneath the pad. Now the rug will not bunch up when we walk on it. Many thanks.

I had them clean a wool blend rug for me. At the end I was not satisfied with the result. The rug was handwoven and light colored with cream and light blue/teal designs. The rug was vaccumed very thoroughly. The fringe of the rug was bright white so I guess this part of the rug was cleaned. The rest of the rug had a yellow hue and darker shadows. I don't know if the rug was washed with darker colored rugs that bled into mine or not rinsed off adequately. The final result was disappointing for me and made the rug unusable. Pictures show both sides of the rug for color comparison.

We had Great American Rug Cleaning pickup, clean, and deliver (3) oriental rugs. The delivery drivers were very polite, professional, and did a very good job helping us move and position a dinette table over the cleaned 9 ft. diameter round rug. The rugs all look in new condition. We are most pleased with the work done by Great American Rug Cleaning and would recommend them without hesitation.
