Recently, I had the grout in my tile floors and in the shower surrounds cleaned and stained. Now they look great! The workers were very prompt and professional. I am very pleased.

We have used this service many times and have always been impressed with their cleaning and with the men who worked here. The men are always helpful, courteous and take pride in their work. I highly recommended for carpet cleaning and oriental rug care.

Purchased a new home with travertine counter tops and travertine tile decking around the pool. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Added additional services for carpet and upholstery cleaning once we realized that this was a great company to work with. Care was taken to ensure no damage to our home or belongings.

Leo & Jonathan went above & beyond. The hot water leak had made its way into the guest bedroom carpet so they laid new padding, cleaned, & stretched the carpet. They left foam pads under the twin beds to protect the wooden feet. They placed corner protectors on all walls where their tubing would rub so as to not leave any marks on my walls. They wear booties over their shoes so as not to track anymore dirt into what they are cleaning. Leo made sure that our stairs were cleaned on the step & THE RISE. This is my 3rd time using Great American Carpet & Stone Care & I have decided that I will not use another.

Ive used Pro Steem multiple times to clean my Carpets... They do a great job and do very professional job. When I call into the Office, the girls are always very friendly and go out of there way to fit me into the cleaning schedule as soon as possible when needed. Great American was brought in to refinish, polish and restore marble floors and counters throughout our house and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them for any stone restoration work. Extremely professional company!

We received excellent service from the moment we called about the problem with our marble countertop until the techs completed their work to correct the issue. RICHARD identified the problem quickly when I explained the look (marble was etched), and he provided an estimate for the job. RENEE scheduled us for immediate service and called us the morning of the work to let us know the techs were en route. GLENN and GARY arrived on time, reviewed the problem and provided us with the cost (low end of the estimate), and began preparation and completion promptly. They were professional, polite and VERY neat/clean, and made certain we were pleased with the results before giving us the invoice. What a great service provider!!! I was in need of real marble help. My kitchen and dining room floors needed polishing. My daughter's bathroom counter top had been etched from harsh facial products. Great American Stone Care sent two very profession gentlemen to my home (Carl and Louis). They did a fantastic job on the floors and counter top. Upon completion all had been cleaned and my home looks beautiful. Have kind and professional technicians at your home is a pleasure. These guys have my business for life now!!!!

I am so happy with the work that Great American Carpet and Stone Care did for me. We had them do slate tile cleaning & sealing, granite countertops clean and seal, clean the carpets and clean my sectional sofa. They did a very good job. Never did they mind questions. They did an amazing job at cleaning our carpets and furniture! Our carpets afterwards looked brand new and they completely removed the pet odor from our furniture. They were very quick, professional and on time for our appointment and scheduling was very easy. We ended up having to reschedule due to our move in date for our new house being delayed and they worked with us on a new date with no hassle at all. Great company to use!

We had a xmas party on Sunday night and our white marble ended up with a a bad mark from a bowl that had been sitting there. It looked horrible. We had some other etched marks on our black marble as well. We decided to see if Great American Stone Care could get out the stains. It was an easy process to set up the appointment. Glenn, the technician arrived on time. They covered our entire kitchen with plastic...floor, cabinets, appliances...everything...and then they went to work. We were amazed when they finished. Our marble counter tops look brand new...actually they have never looked as good. I definitely recommend them for cleaning and polishing marble and stone surfaces!!!

He used a long brush and a vacuum to clean out all the gunk in the dryer vent pipes. He fixed an area where the pipe was sagging and holding water. Now all of our laundry comes out smelling great and dry. I don’t have to run the dryer three times to get through one load. If your dryer is having problems, you should definitely give them a call.

The service was very good from start to finish. I liked how they were very careful with my floors while they worked. They did the vent cleaning and showed me all the dust they pulled out. It is a big relief to have a clean home and a safe dryer.

We recently had a renovation at our house in the Old Town area, and short of them sealing it up like a drum, tons of loose-fill popcorn insulation made its way into the wall where our laundry machines are. Every time I run the dryer, it sounds like a bunch of pebbles in a tin can. I booked Steinberg out of Tomball for a dryer vent cleaning, and they discovered that during the renovations, the internal ducting had been damaged which led to insulation getting sucked into the line and a massive blockage.

The technician was super thorough and used a specialized vacuum to ensure that we got every last piece of pink insulation. He even showed me the footage from his inspection camera to verify that we were all clear. If you've had any renovations or construction done, you need to have a dryer vent cleaning before you burn the motor out on your machine. They saved us a major appliance disaster!
